Double/Triple Happiness Day

Just as explained in the title. We have a day where we get double/triple EC for feeding creatures, why not have a day where creatures get double/triple happiness. This could be useful to some users who's creatures happiness' is very low. It would give them a chance to make their creatures happier. But of coarse this will be no help to the people that already have happy creatures. It could take place after double/triple feed day or maybe on the same day.

@shunskitten I think that would be a good, but it should be on the double/triple EC day because then there will be more money or the people and more happiness for the creatures.

Is that ok??
