Okay, I want to join the contest ... as an anime/manga lover I can't skip this. Ooook, let's start. πŸ˜‹

------- H e l l s i n g -------
. Genre: splatter (not suitable If you're easy to scare, there is blood and violence)
. Anime/Manga : you can find both on the internet. There are two anime: the first, older one it's less violent, and you can understand the plot better ... in the second version of the anime here's more blood and better graphics.

. Description: Vampires exist. It is the duty of Hellsing, a secret organization sponsored by the British government, to hide that frightening fact and protect the blissfully unaware populace. Along with its own personal army, Hellsing has secret weapons. Alucard, an incredibly powerful vampire, has been controlled by Hellsing for years.

You can search and find all episodes sub english here: http://www.anime44.com/

------- BLOOD-C -------

. Genre: splatter
. Anime/Manga : Anime

. Description: Ukishima Shrine is located in an old, picturesque lakeside town. Shrine maiden Kisaragi Saya lives there along with her father, Tadayoshi. By day, she lives the life of a normal high school student at Sanbara Academy. By night, she hunts the Old Ones. Possessing supernatural physical prowess, the Old Ones prey on humans, and only Saya has the ability to defeat them.

. Notes : If you watched BLOOD + you can't miss this one either, trust me. However, I suggest to not watch it If you're easily impressionable. I'm aware not all like this genre, and I'm proposing them just because I don't know your personal tastes.

. http://www.anime44.com/category/blood-c

------- AO NO EXORCIST -------

. Genre: Adventure
. Anime/Manga : Both

. Description : Humans live in the world of Assiah, demons in Gehenna. The two dimensions are not meant to interfere with each other, but demons still possess creatures in Assiah in spite of this. The humans who can fight these demons are known as exorcists. Rin Okumura is a boy who bears the curse of being Satan's illegitimate son. His foster father sacrificed himself to save him from demons. To avenge his foster father's death as well as to prove himself, Rin decides to follow the path of an exorcist.

Awaiting him in Fronaldo is the task of becoming hero enough to defeat his enemies while learning the peculiar rules of battle in this strange new world

. Notes : It's a really "light" and funny anime. And the fantasy scenario it's great as well. I hope you'll like it. 😸

------- DEVIL SURVIVOR THE ANIMATION -------

. Notes : This is actually the second Devil Survivor ... but there isn't an animation of the first one, sadly. D:
However, you can read the first original Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor manga here : http://mangafox.me/manga/devil_survivor/

A young boy named Netto Hikari receives his first Net Navi named Rockman and the two become an unstoppable net-battling duo. Together, they thwart the evil schemes of criminals like World Three and the Netmafia Gospel.

. NT Warrior : http://www.anime44.com/category/megaman-nt-warrior
. NT Warrior Axess : http://www.anime44.com/category/megaman-nt-warrior-axess
. Manga : http://www.mangahere.co/manga/megaman_nt_warrior/v01/c001/

------- RYUUSEI NO ROCKMAN AND ROCKMAN TRIBE-------

. Genres : Action, Game, Sci-Fi,
. Anime/Manga : anime

. Description : In the year 220X, the world has advanced toward radio-wave technology, and the world is connected through the Wave Road. Meet Subaru Hoshikawa, a fifth-grade student who lost his father in a space accident. Subaru meets an extraterrestrial radio-wave being named War-Rock, descending from a distant FM planet. War-Rock claims to know about Subaru's father, but many alien beings are after War-Rock. The two work together and merge into Rockman, a radio-wave human capable of traversing the Wave Road and battling the radio-wave viruses and FMs that threaten the Earth.

. Notes : It can seems childlish but I actually loved it. 😸
It's also know (mainly) as Megaman Star Force ... I don't know If you know the Megaman Star Force games for nintendo DS, too ... they're pretty good. 😊
It can be considered a sequel (after many, many years) of Megaman Battle Network.

. Season 1 : http://www.anime44.com/category/megaman-star-force
. Season 2 : http://www.anime44.com/category/mega-man-star-force-tribe

---
These are my favourite in absolute. Expecially Ao no Exorcist ... If you watched Naruto you'll love this one. It's short but amazing. ❀️

Now it's --- WEBCOMIC TIME! --- 8D
I'm following many of them, I hope you'll like them as much I do. 😸

------- OFF-WHITE -------

. Homepage : http://off-white.eu/
. Description : The main plot line revolves around a pack of wolves led by their alpha to meet a mysterious sage, who is going to decide about the destiny of the youngest member of the group.

. Notes : another of my favourite webcomics in absolute! The main plot revolves around this pack of wolves ... one of them, the youngest, called Iki, seems to bear a mysterious secret he seems to have forgot ... later on in the plot a lot will happens ... I don't want to make spoilers, but I suggest to read it because it's just epic. 😸

------- SANDRA AND WOO -------

. Homepage : http://www.sandraandwoo.com/
. Description : http://www.sandraandwoo.com/about/

. Notes : Well, this one it's very complex, even If at first it seems to be simple. All starts when the young protagonist, Sandra, find a racoon she names "Woo". She is quite surprised when she discoveres Woo is capable of speak and understand the human language ... the comic follow not only the adventures of Sandra and Woo, but gives us the images of their "normal" lives, and there are also serious arguments discussed in the comic.
It's also very, very funny. I'll assure you'll laugh a lot If you'll decide to read it. πŸ˜‹

------- AVA'S DEMON -------

. Homepage: http://www.avasdemon.com/
. Description : Ava's a young girl, who has been "tormented" by a demon living in her body from the beginning of her life. Even If she tried to ignore the demon for so long, something will happen, and she'll be forced to make a "pact" with it so she can survive and get her "wish" granted.

. Notes : I recently started to read it and I'm enjoying the plot very much so far. 😊 The comic style is different from what we're used to as one page = one image. But you'll get used soon, trust me ... please, give it a try, okay? 😊

---
Phew, that took a lot of time!
Hope you'll like some of them. ❀️
By the way, forgive If I made some grammatical errors. English's not my mother language and even If I write it decently I still can make errors. xD

@promise

I'm kind of a thinker so some of these might be weird or introspective... also I haven't read page two so you might have heard of these already... anyway.

*Mushi-Shi
Anime (From Funimation)
You can watch it in full on Youtube (See below)
[http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PdhR5XZNXbs]

It's basically as if Kakashi's calmer brother became a priest who hunts little fairy people. It's honestly a really calm, and beautiful series that manages to be introspective without being navel gazy.

I don't know what it is, but it feels calming and I could watch this forever. It's just a really interesting feeling I get from this show.

*FLCL
Anime (and now a Manga)
I have no idea where to get it... I'll look later.

After completing End of Evangelion a certain studio found themselves half dead with darkness-induced apathy... so they made this really weird coming of age story. How weird? Naoto doesn't have a brain and things keep coming out of his head... It's fun though and beautiful and some of it is actually kind of deep.

That said the fact the entire soundtrack is effectively the debut album for the Pillowx is one reason to definitely get involved. Also it really does have the most amazing sequences.

*Paranoia Agent
Anime by the Late Great Satoshi Kon
Couldn't tell you where to find it...yet

Basically a sort of social commentary (which is like the only thing Kon does) it is a really weird ride that explores a lot of the less fluffy aspects of modern Japanese culture - otakus, lolis, suicide culture, gossip, mindless conformity, being worked to death, obsession with grades, etc.

The vehicle for doing this is something called "Little Slugger" and it's flipside "Mamomu". The rather nebulous cast is terrized by these two things and that's how we get lots of great episodes... and I would love to be able to talk to someone about said episodes.

I mean most of it's kind of a mind warp (Satoshi Kon), but there is also a lot of courage and heartwarming and learning to live with one's self and the changing world... Also the opening theme is worth the price of admission.

*Kino's Journey: The Beautiful World
Anime/Manga via Keiichi Saguma
You can watch it free on Hulu - http://www.hulu.com/kinos-journey

So it's basically a story about a genderfluid girl named Kino who travels the world and is afraid to settle down. It's message is that the world is beautiful because it's so ugly in nature.

I love this show because it manages to be real without going off the cliff into "edgy for the sake of edginess". It manages to have beauty and a fairy tale motif while still allowing maturity and nuance into the picture.

*xxxHolic
Manga/Anime... I want to say via Clamp
You can watch it at: http://www.hulu.com/xxxholic
You can read it: http://www.mangahere.co/manga/xxxholic/

There are many reasons to take on a job, but using it as payment for the removal of one's supernatural sight is pretty unique. Our protagonist would really like to be "normal" - which is why he has asked a certain wish granting witch to help him out. Unfortunately, she wants an assistant... Shenanigans ensue!

I like Clamp and so I was willing to give this a try - as it turns out I should have known I would enjoy this. I think what makes it for me is that there is a distinct tint of meloncoly running through the story.

By the way:

*Attack On Titans is the name of the anime recommended by hybridrainbow just in case they never gave the name.

Wow... by the time you finish reading this wall of text your leg will be healed... I am so sorry. Later.

Death Note:
Light Yagami is an ace student with great prospects and he's bored out of his mind. But all that changes when he finds the Death Note, a notebook dropped by a rogue Shinigami death god. Any human whose name is written in the notebook dies, and now Light has vowed to use the power of the Death Note to rid the world of evil. But when criminals begin dropping dead, the authorities send the legendary detective L to track down the killer. With L hot on his heels, will Light lose sight of his noble goal...or his life?

My brief thoughts:
I myself have just gotten into the series by way of friends telling me it is the most amazing TV series they have ever seen! It truly is awesome and I have gotten sucked into it!

Where to be found:
You can for sure find it at hulu.com but i'm almost positive you can find it at many other online websites! 😊

I'm just going to say all of the animes I know and enjoyed, please correct me if I do something wrong. ❀️

1. ~~ Naruto ~~
About a boy named naruto who is a ninja. ^^ (that's a I'm going to say Incase you haven't seen it, don't want to give any spoilers) ^^')
~~~~~~~~~~~
2. ~~ Vampire night ~~
A really awesome anime about vampires of course. xD
~~~~~~~~~~~
3. ~~ black cat ~~
My absolute favorite anime, it's about a boy named train, and how he came from a murderer, to a very loving guy, with the help of friends and a very special girl.
~~~~~~~~~
4. ~~ Death Note ~~
About a guy named light, they are trying to figure out where all of the killings are coming from, (I think)
(I watched this anime behind my big sister's shoulder)
~~~~~~~~~
5. ~~ Homestuck ~~
This is beyond, the best, webcomic EVER.
There are 4 beta kids, John egbert, Rose lalond, Dave Strider, and jade Harley.
There are 4 alpha kids, jake, dirk, jane and roxy.
Then there are the trolls.
Karkat, Aradia, tavros, sollux, nepeta, kanaya, terezi, vriska, Equius, Gamzee, Eridan, and feferi.
There are much more details, but this is as much as I'm gonna say now. ^^
~~~~~~~~~~
6. ~~ Attack On Titan ~~
A really sad anime about huge things that look like people (most of them do at least) and they eat humans. The humans that were left had to stay behind a big wall.
Main charectors: Eren, Armin, and mekasa. (Anyone feel free to tell me if I spelled it wrong)
I know of a really interesting manga on da. She has a really good story going called Inside Out. I like it because it's more like a real life situation. It's based on a girl,Hitomi, starting school. The thing is she isn't straight like some of the other girls. It's still being worked on so I can't really describe much.
Also have you heard of Bleach?
danganronpa the animation : Hope's Peak Academy is an elite private school that only accepts the very best. The hallowed halls are ruled by the sadistic administrator Monobear, who declares that the only way to pass the class is by sending a fellow student home in a body bag.
This was really good one that I loved! It made you think and the animation was really good. It is a little sad because you get close to the characters and then it has a crazy twist at the end.
The Future Diary: One day, Yukiteru discovers that his cell phone "diary" can now tell him the events of the future. The problem is, eleven others also have similar diaries, and only one can win this Survival Game. The winner becomes a god. The losers: DEAD END.
This one was really good to, one of my favorites. It is honestly one I had a hard time stopping to sleep. It has so many twists and turns and the last few episodes will blow your mind, though the ending is really sad and frustraited me to no end haha.
Both of these should be on crunchyroll
Hey rather than add onto my wall of textual doom I'll just put down where you can find the anime/manga I listed above and a couple of other series, kay?
FLCL
Free to watch on Hulu, and animeplus.tv, and dubbedonline.tv.
Read at mangafox.me, mangareader.net, and mangahere.co.
Paranoia Agent
Watch at:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBUGbH9m-OQ
www.animeplus.tv/paranoia-agent-online
www.anime-sub.com/watch/paranoia-agent.html
Okay and now even moar anime/manga!
***Monster***
Anime/Manga via Naoki Urasawa
What actually qualifies as a good deed? And what are the consequences of bucking the system? What if your actions unlease a monster?
I heard a lot of hype about this show, but I probably wouldn't have bothered with it if not for Sci-fi and the defunct Animonday. Anyway, I think what I like about this series is that the protagonist is a jerk who presists in patting himself on the back for being "good" when really he's just prideful. Also the villian of this piece is amazing and that always goes a long way to making something more interesting.
***G Gundum***
Anime by .... I honestly have no idea (I'll edit this later)
The short version: Mortal Kombat with Gundums
The longer version:
If Hetalia got together with the Gundum verse by way of way too much LSD this is what would result... and it's awesome.
I mean there are a lot of unfortunate implications/stereotypes, and the narm levels are off the charts - but it manages to be all kinds of awesome and funny and something you end up investing in emotionally.
That said I mainly mentioned this because people keep recommending Attack On Titan and... 1.) this will help chase off the darkness, and 2.) there's a saying the protagonist has that seriously applies to Titan.
***Rahxephon***
Anime/Manga
http://kissmanga.com/Manga/RahXephon
http://www.chia-anime.com/rahxephon/watch-rahxephon-episode-01.html
http://www.nwanime.com/rahxephon-episode-1/video/b7c6d948ffff9e0be1de/
A not so typical teen finds his highschooler life interrupted by strange invaders. Now he has to fight back using Rahxephon. Can he find the world within him and bring it into the light?
Why this series? Well I like gundums, I like NGE, and the theme song snagged my attention. But that's just the superficial stuff. Under that there is a lot of thought-provoking layers - kind of like Lain, but with more fight scenes.
Also... well... there is one scene that stays with me and it's just like wow "who would think to do that?" And then like he goes home and he doesn't understand what he has done... It's great!
***Space Dandy***
Anime (Funimation)
www.hulu.com/space-dandy
Did you ever wish Spike was goofier? Did Cowboy Bebop not have enough cat people? Do you like idiot protagonists and their ineffective sidekicks? I hope so because SPACE DANDY IS HERE!
Seriously though this is one of the most entertaining things I've seen in a while - not least because they manage to examine serious threads while still being hilarious and nonchalant. Also any series that parodies things as diverse as Attack on Titian and Michael Jackson in one episode deserves a watch.
And I think I'm done now - later!
No.6 written by Atsuko Asano
No.6 is a city of the future where everyone's lives are controlled by computer. Shion is a young boy who has been identified for the elite stream of education that brings a privileged life. This world comes to an end the night he decides to go out into a storm and rescues a young, injured fugitive known as Rat. Shion and Rat don't meet until four years later, when it is clear that neither has forgotten about the other. I am looking forward to reading more as Rat shows Shion his world beyond No.6.
What I like about this manga is the adventure Shion will come across and I've NEVER EVER read a manga that has *whispers* romance between two males. LOL I hope you like it as I did, it's very interesting to read. I love the artwork made by Atsuko, it's brilliant. I hope you love it once you read it c;
@promise
i ❀️ to πŸ˜ƒ its one of my favo
its a bid bloody sometimes (im bad in typing sorry)
Elfen Lied revolves around the interactions, views, emotions, and discrimination between Humans and Diclonius, a mutant species similar to humans in build, but who are distinguishable by two cat-ear-like horns and "vectors", transparent arms which can pass through air and objects at high speed. The series is centered around the teenage Diclonius girl called Lucy who is said to be the first Diclonius. Rejected by Humans, she begins a subsequent murderous vengeance upon them, while creating "Silpelits", mostly girls (Males are implied to exist, thought they are rarer ) born like her, meant to spread their mutation and displace the Humans as Earth's dominant species.
Elfen Lied involves themes of social alienation, identity, animal cruelty, revenge, child abuse, jealousy and the value of humanity, with some implied criticism of Japanese culture. The series contains graphic violence and nudity, and is thereby recommended for mature readers only.
the best website to wacht this anime is http://www.anime4you.com/ i hope you like it ❀️
@promise Some anime I suggest. Their all pretty actiony/horror/SiFi I guess?? But their good 😊
Akame Ga kill -In a fantasy world, fighter Tatsumi sets out for the Capitol to earn money for his starving village, and finds a world of unimaginable corruption. (Action, science Fantasy)
Tokyo ghoul- Strange murders are happening in Tokyo. Due to liquid evidence at the scene, the police conclude the attacks are the results of 'eater' type ghouls. (Horror, Dark Fantasy, Psychological)
Serial experiments Lain- Strange events begin to occur as a withdrawn girl named Lain becomes obsessed with interconnected virtual realm of "The Wired". (Cyberpunk, Psychological horror, Science fiction, Drama)
Aldnoah.Zero- In 1972, the Apollo 17 mission discovered a hypergate to Mars on the surface of the moon. Soon, a war breaks out between Earth and Mars, and Martian soldiers begin to descend from the sky, riding steel giants, intent on exterminating humanity. (Action, Mecha, Science fiction)
Hetalia- a "cynical gag" story set in Europe in the years between WW1 and WW2 (1918-1939), using exaggerated caricatures of the different nationalities as portrayed by personified nations. (comedy, can be offensive to some)
MAR- one day a large door appears in front of Ginta, summoning him to the land of MAR Heaven. In this land, the weapons known as ARMS exist. While initially Ginta greatly enjoyed the discovery of this magical world, he soon learns of the terrible wars that have once plagued MAR Heaven and the upcoming war that may soon appear. (Fantasy, Comedy, Action Adventure, Romance)
Dont know if their all on the website you watch anime on though. three of these are new but you can red the manga 😊. I found most of the summerys from myanimelist.
@wererage
Hellsing sounds really good but is it scary like with surprises or just a lot of blood? I can handle the blood but I get mini heart attacks from jump scares πŸ˜‹
I did like Blood + so I will definitely check out Blood-C. Are they by the same maker or is the similarity in the names just a coincidence?
I love Ao No Exorcist! I've watched it and I have even read some of the manga πŸ˜ƒ
I have seen the first part of Gurren Lagann but I have heard the rest of it is very good, I'll have to finish watching it 😊
I check out the other animes if I have time, I have quite a few I need to watch already!
Yay! Webcomics! Off-White sounds great, I ❀️ wolves 😸
Sandra and Woo also seems very interesting, with the whole animal and human connection.
I just read a bit of Ava's Demon because it sounded so good and the 4th page made me laugh really hard xD
You're english was really good 😊 What was your first language if you don't mind me asking?
@hendriks
I guess I'll reply to both your posts in one shot πŸ˜‹
I have seen some of Mushi-Shi but I couldn't really get into it, I'll have to try again.
FLCL was an amine before a manga? Interesting, normally it's the other way around. Have you read it? Is it the same as the anime or different?
Paranoia Agent sound interesting, I'll have to check it out.
Kino's Journey seems like something I would really enjoy. I like fairy tales that can tell a great story but have a bit of maturity in it.
Is there any comedy in xxxHolic? Or is it kind of serious?
Moster seems interesting, any romance in it?
I thought Hetalia was on drugs already xD I HAVE to check this out just because of how funny it must be.
Rahxephon and Space Dandy sound pretty good as well.
@gabbyq
I've seen it before, but I loved it ❀️
@cleokitty
I have watched all of those but Black Cat, it sounds good! Is there a lot of romance in it?
@misty_rose_
The language filter strikes again! Could you find a way to get the link to work? I've watched most of bleach 😊
@promise
hmm, here's some that I've enjoyed and try to keep it to a wide variety of genres 😊 all the summaries come from wikipedia πŸ˜‹
1. Natsume Yuujin-chou
For as long as he can remember, Takashi Natsume has had the ability to see spirits, inheriting the power from his grandmother Reiko. Upon her death, Reiko bequeaths to her grandson her Book of Friends, a book containing the names of spirits Reiko had bullied into servitude. The Book of Friends is a highly prized item in the spirit world, and spirits haunt Takashi constantly. Whereas Reiko formed the contracts, however, Takashi spends his time dissolving the contracts and releasing the various spirits that come to him for help.
It's an absolutely beautiful slice of life with the complications of having spirits that only you can see coming to you for help constantly. The animation and music is absolutely stunning and it is probably my favourite anime series.
2. Skip Beat
Skip Beat! follows Kyoko's journey climbing up the showbiz ladder as she meets interesting people, troublemakers and friends alike, with hopes of getting revenge on Shotaro, as well as regaining the sense of compassion that she had lost when her heart was broken by him. Along the way she meets Ren Tsuruga, who at first disapproves of Kyoko but later comes to love her. As Kyoko cultivates her acting and friendships, she soon discovers a sense of self separate from her initial plans for revenge.
Skip Beat is probably my favourite shoujo anime. I think it has a great romance but it is also really about the female protagonists own journey and development. I think it balances those aspects very well. It would be a great plot even without the romantic aspect. Unfortunately it only has one season and you'd have to read the manga to keep going as we have no idea when a second season will come out. But give it a shot, the animation itself is absolutely stunning.
3. K-on!
In K-On!, four Japanese high school girls join the light music club of Sakuragoaka Girl's High School to try to save it from being disbanded. However, they are the only members of the club. At first, Yui Hirasawa has no experience playing musical instruments or reading sheet music as she is only familiar with playing the castanets, but she eventually becomes an excellent guitar player. From then on, Yui, along with bassist Mio Akiyama, drummer Ritsu Tainaka, and keyboardist Tsumugi Kotobuki spend their school days practicing, performing, and hanging out together.
I think you'd either absolutely love K-On or hate it lol It's a slice of life to the maximum, but the characters are absolutely adorable and the animation is phenomenal. (really anything done by KyoAni is beautiful).
4. Gintama
The plot is focused on an eccentric samurai, Gintoki Sakata who helps a teenager named Shinpachi Shimura save his sister Tae from a group of aliens who want to make her part of a brothel. Impressed with Gintoki, Shinpachi becomes his apprentice and works with him as a freelancer in order to pay the monthly rent where Gintoki lives, as well as to know more about him. The two of them rescue a teenage alien girl named Kagura from a group of Yakuza who wanted to use her superhuman strength to kill people. Kagura joins Shinpachi and Gintoki to work as freelancers and the three become known as "Yorozuya" (????, "We do everything").
Gintama is an odd one. It has an extremely surreal premise that fuses aliens and samurais. It is mostly an episodic comedy but it does have a more serious over arching story line that it touches every now and then. I think it's absolutely hilarious πŸ˜ƒ
5. Nurarihyon no Mago
Rikuo Nura is 3/4 human and 1/4 y?kai. He has a human form in the day but transforms into his y?kai form at night. He lives in a house full of y?kai along with his y?kai grandfather. Trying to escape his fate, he does good deeds in order to avoid becoming a y?kai, despite his grandfather's wish that Rikuo succeed him as the Third Head of the Nura Clan. Rikuo is different because he helps humans. He eventually comes to terms with his y?kai blood and decides to take up the position of the Third Head of the Nura Clan. Multiple factions aim to stop him or usurp his position, and he must gather friends and allies, a new Hyakki Yak? under his banner of "Fear".
This one is a much more typical shounen. It got a lot of action and stuff. I like that it has this focus on traditional Japanese mythologies.
6. Kuroko no Basket
The basketball team of Teik? Middle School rose to distinction by demolishing all competition. The regulars of the team became known as the "Generation of Miracles". After graduating from middle school, these five stars went to different high schools with top basketball teams. However, a fact few known is that there was another player in the "Generation of Miracles": a phantom sixth man. This mysterious player is now a freshman at Seirin High, a new school with a powerful, if little-known, team. Now, Kuroko Tetsuya, the sixth member of the "Generation of Miracles", and Kagami Taiga, a naturally talented player who spent most of middle school in the US, are aiming to bring Seirin to the top of Japan, taking on Kuroko's former teammates one by one.
It's technically a sports anime, but it also has really interesting characters and it's pretty fun to watch even if you don't understand basketball. If you've watched Prince of Tennis or Eyeshield 21, it's a a bit exaggerated like that but a ton of fun 😊 And if you haven't seen it...
7. Eyeshield 21
Eyeshield 21 revolves around a weak, unassertive boy named Sena Kobayakawa who enters the high school of his choiceβ€”Deimon Private Senior High School. Sena's only remarkable physical abilities are his running speed and agility, which are noted by the school's American football team captain Yoichi Hiruma. Hiruma forces Sena to join the Deimon Devil Bats as its running back. To protect his identity from other teams who want to recruit him, Sena is forced to publicly assume the role of team secretary and enter the field under the pseudonym of "Eyeshield 21", wearing a helmet with an eyeshield to hide his features.
It's an American football anime lol Absolutely insanely funny. I've never enjoyed american football but this anime almost made me want to try. The main character may get a bit grating (typical wimpy guy who grows and stuff) but I promise he gets better. The supporting cast makes up for it though! Give it a shot πŸ˜ƒ
8. Hunter x Hunter
Gon leaves his home to become a Hunter like his father by taking the Hunter Examination, a series of brutal tests involving skill, survival, and teamwork.[4] During the exam, Gon meets and eventually befriends three of the other applicants: Kurapika, the last remaining member of the Kurta clan who wishes to become a Hunter in order to avenge his clan and recover their scarlet-glowing eyes, plucked from their corpses by a band of thieves known as the Phantom Troupe; Leorio, a prospective physician who, in order to pay for medical school, desires the financial benefits Hunters receive; and Killua Zoldyck, another twelve-year-old boy who has left his former life as a member of the world's most notorious assassin family.
This is probably one of my favourite long running shounens. There was an older anime series and a reboot that is still ongoing (kind of like the two Full Metal Alchemist). Both are really good. I'd watch the newer one if you're only go watch one though, it is easier to follow as the older series start to cut off into OVAs and gets a bit hard to follow.
9. School Rumble
School Rumble is a romantic sh?nen comedy revolving around the daily lives of the students of Class 2-C at the fictional Yagami High School, as well as their friends and families. The main female protagonist is Tenma Tsukamoto, an unremarkable second-year high school student who secretly admires her eccentric, enigmatic, nice-guy classmate, Oji Karasuma. Tenma struggles to confess her feelings to Oji. He remains oblivious to her interest, instead seeking fulfillment by indulging in curry. The main male protagonist, delinquent Kenji Harima, similarly yearns for Tenma, attending school solely to be near her. Like Tenma, Harima has difficulty declaring his love, and whenever he summons the courage to do so, circumstances conspire against him.
This is an older one lol, it's just very funny and lovable 😊
10. Azumanga Daioh
Azumanga Daioh chronicles the everyday life in an unnamed Japanese high school of six girls and two of their teachers. The story covers three years of tests, talking between classes, culture festivals, and athletic events at school, as well as time spent traveling to and from school, studying at Chiyo's house, and vacations spent at Chiyo's summer beach home and the fictional theme park Magical Land, concluding with the graduation of the main cast.
Another older slice of life. This is a really odd one since it is actually based off of a manga that is done through a four panel form. The episodes are really 2 or 3 mini stories that may or may not connect to each other. Kind of like Hetalia but put together to form a full episode length. It's really funny and heart warming though πŸ˜ƒ
I'm glad you seem to like most of my suggestions, but let me answer your questions.
Mushi-shi isn't for every one because it can be pretty... slow? It doesn't really have the push that other series through, which is something I actually enjoy because I'm just really chill. Also I can't have all my animated shows be all explosions and showdowns.
FLCL was in fact an anime before being a manga and as always there are some differences. That said The manga does manage to improve on some of the themes introduced so I do recommend - just not as much as the anime I so dearly love.
xxxHolic being from CLAMP is quite happy to poke fun at their characters. The Protagonist is a bit of a complete buttmonkey, but they manage to let him be a strong and interesting despite that.
GGundum... is a very special show... very very **special**. I mean... the um gundums are themed by country and um... trying to avoid spoilers here - windmill gundum... I laughed so hard. Or at least I would have but I ended up choking on chocolate-coated peanuts.
And as for Space Dandy - it's Saturday night! You can try an episode on Adult Swim's Toonami tonight! Yay! You can also see Attack On Titan!
Hey there. 😊 Nono in Hellsing there aren't "surprises" that can scares you, just blood and violence. But th plot is really good and all the characters are well made and described. 😸
Blood-C can be consideret the "sequel" to Blood+, but in Blood-C ... well, let's say it's possible to totally understand it only when you watch the last episode. The story is different and complex. πŸ˜‹
I'm glad you watched Ao no Exorcist, it's difficult to found some fan of it on here, strangely. owo Gurren Lagann is also very nice, try to finish it when you can. 😸
I also wanted to suggest an anime called "MUSHIKING" ... I watched it some years ago and it's really nice too (there are giant beetles fights, and it's really original) but I didn't found the episodes' streaming online so you might want to search it better to check it out. 😊
Ahah lol the fourth page made me laugh a lot as well, you know. xD Poor Ava ... and wait 'till you reach page 19 ... πŸ˜‹
Off-White is really good too ... and I heard it's close to its end as well ... I cannot wait. *w*
By the way uhm sure you can ask ... I'm Italian. 😊
You can bookmark these sites you when looking for anime it's best to have several sources to find them as one don't have everything on it. But these are just suggestions for you to enjoy, I'm not doing this to win the contest. It's been a long time since I've seen anime forum posts on here. As for the Princess Hours that girl that plays on Coffee Prince as the guy is the same girl in this drama and for some reason she's just really funny to watch I guess cause she seems so goofy. I've not seen City Hunter, but I can check it out. Also My girlfriend is a Nine Tailed Fox such a cute love story she's like a real fox that can eat people, but she can't be with the one she really loves so sad, but she's so adorable cause she's not even human LOL.
Soul Eater and Soul Eater Not are my favorites XD
You've probably heard of them or seen them.
Soul Eater-
I copied this from the Wikia.
800 Years Ago, the First Kishin was born. The Shinigami himself put down the Kishin, sealing him away from the rest of the world. He then founded the Organization known as Shibusen and built an academy called Shibusen. He founded this school and organization for the sole purpose of gathering students and training them to be the heroes capable of preventing the birth of a new Kishin. To do so, a Meister and Weapon must gather 99 Evil Human Souls and 1 Witch Soul to become a Death Scythe, an instrument capable of being wielded by Death himself.
Soul Eater Not-
Copied from Wikia also..
The Death Weapon Meister Academy (DWMA) is a special institution for humans who are born with the power to turn into weapons and the wielders of these weapons, called meisters. While the students of the EAT (Especially Advantaged Talent) class train themselves to become warriors of justice, the NOT (Normally Overcome Target) class is for those who just want to control their powers with the intent to not become a threat to others and to themselves. Tsugumi Harudori is a halberd demon weapon who takes part in the NOT class and befriends two meisters, Meme Tatane and Anya Hepburn, becoming indecisive about which one of them to choose as her partner. The series follows the daily lives of Tsugumi and her friends as they learn the ropes of the DWMA and have occasional encounters with the characters of the main series.
Noragami is great too~ Seen it?
Noragami-
Wikia again.
Hiyori Iki was a regular middle school student until she was hit by a bus while trying to save the life of a jersey-wearing person named Yato. This incident causes her to transform into a half-phantom. Soon after she learns that Yato is a god, her life is never going to be the same again.
Uh, yeah.
So many Animes I have never heard of.. XD
I'm going to do Yu Yu Hakusho
((also known as Poltergeist report and Ghost Files))
YuYu Hakusho is about a young man named Yusuke Urameshi who is struck by a car saving a boy's life. When Yusuke was alive, he was a delinquent and enjoyed messing around with his classmates. While in purgatory (I think it was, it's been a while since I've seen it) Yusuke was given a chance to regain his life by completing many different tests. YuYu Hakusho is about his journey through these tests and what happens to him afterwards.
This manga and anime is full of fighting and courageous idiots surviving and fulfilling their missions. YuYu Hakusho is also filled with jokes and many wise cracks that anyone can love.
The art of YuYu Hakusho is a bit dated as it was made in the 1990s but the style is beautiful and perfect for the attacks used within the story. It is the classic art of the 90's and even so, it looks wonderful
I didn'T see anywhere the Shin Angyo Onshi, but sorry if someone posted already or ya've seen it alread 😊 It's a korean manhwa and ya can read it on mangafox. (http://mangafox.me/manga/shin_angyo_onshi/)
"Based on historical setting of Korea during the Josun Age. Long ago, in Jushin, secret royal inspectors named "Angyo Onshi" wandered the country and restored the order. But now that Jushin is destroyed, only one is still wandering..."
The once strong and beautiful empire Jushin is now dead with it's emperor and fell apart. The remaining city pieces are preys of evil lords, cruel demons and marauding bandits. The old empire's heroes, the "angyo onshi"-s disappeared since their 'mahai' seal became useless without the power of the emperor. Though everyone believes this, a strange rumour spreand on the wind: a lonely onshi's travelling through the ruins of the country and helps on the troubleds. But we know every legends has a dark side in the real life. Said angyo onshi, Munsu isn't exactly the soul of good, moreover he isn't guided by the righoutness. He helps only when his own interests are inculded as well but only to those who proved that they worth it.
Uhm I hope I could wrote good enough to be interesting, my english isn't the best ^^ It's awesome in my opininon, since there is everything: comedy, love, action, drama, more action, more comedy, tactic,strategy, war, twistsssss, heart-warming and sorrowful scenes. There are plenty of characters and every single one has a personality and a thing that can catch the heart. There is seventeen book and a gaiden which contains some short story about the past of some character. Annd there is a movie too though it's not the same as the manhwa but it's kinda good as well ^^ And the best is that it has an awesome graphic. Awwwesome... o.o
😊
