Creatures from the Asteroid and the Oasis are very rare, I've found 2 eggs at the asteroid and the Oasis was only recently created and has only released one egg so far.
The thief shop is always closed because it is not done yet, they have not finished making it, it's just their so the link does not take you to the food shop.
I personally don't think the rarity should be increased as that's what makes the creatures rare and worth something.

I don't even go the asteroid anymore. I know I probably won't get anything, so why waste time?

The Oasis should only release endangered creatures. not retired limited editions. I can see how some people will flip if like the foo came out again or tine.. .-.

I think they should release something like the cave monthlies again from years ago in the oasis. If nothing else it would cut back on some of the madness regarding prices and given newer/older/absent players a chance at something they might love.

The Theif shop however should just straight up gut abandoned coves - there are a lot of LEs and CRWs and Endangered critters dying in those places.

I gave up on the Asteroid after months of daily visits and getting nothing. The thing with an Oasis is, it's a place to rest, to save your life etc. Not finding anything on a daily basis makes it a mirage, not an oasis.

It took me four years of going to the asteroid every day to finally finding one creature. Hopefully if the oasis does give stuff out I will get something before another 4 years go by....

I wonder if there is ever aynthing in the oasis, I can stalk it for a whole day and find absolutely nothing
