Viperfang felt her blood run cold as Badgerstripe ripped Cloudty's throat open. Numbly she stood up and raced off in pursiut oblivious to Deathlight's shocked gasp as she passed her. All that mattered to Viperfang was catching that traitorous murder right now.
She caught up to the tom and without hesitation flung herself over him, slamming her paw down onto a soft spot on the back of his skull. The only pressure point which released all stress on a cat, sending it shooting into every nerve of hte affected cat-immobilizing them.
She whirled around after she struck him and grasped his scruff, jerking her head back and throwing him into a tree.

Ravenpaw shot out of hte medicine den at hearing Waspclaw's viscous outbreak, her paws skimming over the ground she brought a bundle of herbs and cobwebs wrapped in an oak leaf. She threw herself down next to Cloudy and swiftly began to patch up the she-cat's neck.
But there was so much blood. Too much blood. With numbing paws she tied a thick layer of cobwebs over a fat wad of chewed herb pulp.
The black she-cat's violet eyes were distressed as she struggled to stem the blood flow. She looked up at Deathlight's gasp of shock, and saw the she-cat staring in awe after Viperfang.
Quickly the she-cat turned to Ravenpaw and her eyes widened further. "Save her!" The she-cat was shrieking, "You save that cat, she can't die!"

Deathlight finally managed to stand up, only to be shoved to the ground nad ran over by Badgerstripe. Shortly after the tom ran by Viperfang did the same but avoided Deathlight. Upon the sight of Viperfang Deathlight almost screamed, but refrained and gasped in shock instead. Tearing free from Viperfang's shoulders were a pair of this black leathery bat wings, but none of the other cats seemed to notice.
The brown she-cat glanced back at her shoulders and saw herself a pair of ice-blue feathery wings sitting there. No one seemed to notice those either, in fact when Badgerstripe had ran her over his paws went right through them.
/What's wrong with me?\ She thought before glancing over at Cloudy and Waspclaw and Robinwing. What a mistake that was.
From Cloudy's shoulders tore free frail and small monarch butterfly wings. Deathlight knew something was off, and at that moment realized Cloudy needed to live.
"Save her!" She shrieked at the top of her lungs. "For StarClan's sake you save that cat, she can't die!" She was so shocked at the thought that Cloudy might die that she ignored the wings growing on Waspclaw's shoulders-golden feathery wings, and the insect like wings ripping out of Robinwing's shoulders.

Stagheart looked curiously over at Deathlight as the she-cat started shrieking her head off at Cloudy dying.

I was confused at why Deathlight wanted to save Cloudy so much, but I was too confused and worried to ask. "Ravenpaw, if she dies…. No. She won't." I said, refusing to believe otherwise. I ran over and sat by Cloudy. "Cloudy. You have to stay awake." I said. "You have to."

{Robinwing}

I looked at my brother, coaxing Cloudy into staying awake, Deathlight shrieking at Ravenpaw to save Cloudy, and Viperfang attacking Badgerstripe. I ran over to Deathlight. "Ravenpaw is gonna save her." I said, trying to calm the she-cat down. "Ravenpaw is an amazing medicine cat. I don't think any cat has ever died with him around. And as long as Iceheart keeps her awake, she'll live."

{Cloudy}
I was swimming in a endless black void, pain shooting at me at all sides like lightning bolts. Cloudy saw two entrances in the distance: one had light behind it, the other had dark behind it. She chose the one with light, and suddenly she felt things appear out of nowhere on her shoulders. Cloudy glanced back at them, and was amazed to find butterfly wings there.

/Well THAT doesn't make any sense/ she thought. I slowly opened my eyes to find a bunch of cats crowded around me.

"Wha-what happened?" she groaned. Then she caught sight of her neck, and screamed horrifically which caused another tremor of pain in her throaght.

{Badgerspirit}
He got up, his head spinning, and dealt Viperfang a nasty blow on the head. "I will make FlareClan pay!" he snarled, crazily.

Badgerspirit's claws flew at Viperfang snagging and tearing her fur. He pounced on her, his claws shredding her belly.

"EVERYONE WILL PAY!" he screamed, jumping off of her and disappearing into the woods for the final time that day.

{Pumpkinseed}
I woke up hearing screams and commotion in the woods. /I wonder what's going on..../ she thought curiously. I knew I couldn't be of help with my lame paw.

She examined her paw to see if it was okay. It had only a smudge of green pus left, and only a few trickles of blood oozed from the wound.

Pumpkinseed gave it a good lick, and limped out into the camp to eat some fresh-kill.

{Quick note for future reference, all but the Prophet are unable to see their wings unless they are asleep or unconscious. So Cloudy is fine for now.}

{Low muse again guys.}

Viperfang pulled herself up back onto her paws and tore off after Badgerstripe. Her brown paws gliding over the forest floor she used her claws for traction as she caught up with the murderous tom. Finally next to him again she took no chances and lashed out with her left paw striking him across the eye and curving down to his muzzle and down past his throat.
"An eye for an eye, a soul for every life shattered." She growled as she otter her left paw from tracing claw marks down his neck and ripped his right ear off. She turned from him, grasping his scruff in her jaws again and pulled him down to the ground.
"Let's see how well you'll fare with a murder on your side." The silver and brown she-cat snarled around a mouthful of fur. She drug the tom back to where Robinwing and Deathlight stood.
The she-cats bi-colored eyes gleamed anxiously as she dropped Badgerstripe placing a clawed right paw on his chest and her left paw on his flank.

"Cloudy, Badgerstripe tried to kill you. You are seriously injured, but you'll be fine. Don't speak, and try not to move your head." I said comfortingly. I watched as Viperfang set Badgerstripe down. This was the worst civil battle I have ever seen.

I turned around to watch as Viperfang tore off. I heard yowling as Viperfang probably injured Badgerstripe very seriously. I sighed. "Iceheart, you should probably leave her be. She'll get better faster if she isn't stressed."

{Badgerstripe}
He yowled in pain as she ripped his ear off. /That`s it!/

I growled, pushing Viperfang off of me with my back paws, and running my claws down her flank, leaving bloody claw-marks. Badgerstripe bit her leg savagely and jumped up on her back.

He held her down, claws sinking into her back. "You could`ve saved my Dad!!" he howled. "You could`ve saved him!"

{Cloudy}
Cloudy scrambled up to her paws, and faced Badgerstripe bravely. "Stop this blood-shed!" she cried desperately. "PLEASE! What have I ever done to you?"

Badgerstripe`s eyes darkened. "You should be DEAD, you-you piece of mousedung!" He dug his claws deeper into Viperfang`s back.

Cloudy sank to the forest floor, exhausted from talking. /I feel so helpless.../

"Badgerstripe....Don`t do this...."

Badgerstripe took one last glance at Cloudy and sprinted in the direction of FireClan`s territory.

{Pumpkinseed}
I purred contentedly as I licked my whiskers. "That blackbird was good," she thought aloud. Pumpkinseed stretched, and headed out the cave, to see what the all the noise was about.

She gasped in shock as she saw Cloudy and everybody else. Viperfang was bleeding and battered, and I caught a glimpse of my brother running off.

"Hey, Badgerstripe!" I called, going after him. "Come back!"

Viperfang stood up, blood oozing onto her back and sliding down her legs. The wounds vaguely stung but what the she-cat was most concerned about was Cloudy's health.
She shook off the blood from her back and grabbed the she-cat by her scruff carrying her to where Ravenpaw and Waspclaw sat.
The silver and browns he-cat dropped Cloudy at Waspclaw's feet before smiling, a strange smile, and slid to the floor a mixture of shock and blood loss joining up and sending the she-cat down into an unconscious heap on the floor.

My pelt burned as Iceheart said he was worried about me. /Heh, I think he likes me!/ she thought, a faint smile appearing on her lips.

"It`s getting late shouldn`t we walk back to the cave?" I rasped, pawing at my neck.

I skidded to a halt in front of Badgerstripe, blocking his way. "What happened?" she demanded.

Badgerstripe pushed past her, putting one paw over the scent line. "I thought you hated me...."

Pumpkinseed shook her head, frowning. "I was upset and I didn`t know what I was saying."

Badgerstripe froze as if he was realizing what he had done. /Oh, StarClan turn my brother back into normal!/

Her brother turned around, sneering, "It`s too late for saying sorry!"

He sprinted away and, disappeared from view.

"Well, most apprentices get their name when they are 6 moons old." I meowed. I heard screeches and fighting outside, I flicked my ear. "Hmm, seems like the clans killing each other out there, how awful." I meowed without emotion.

{Waspclaw}
I stood in shock as I saw Badgerstripe try to kill Cloudy. I rushed over to help my apprentice, Ravenpaw. "Your doing well, Ravenpaw." I told my apprentice, digging my claws into the ground to stop myself from shaking in shock, I had to stay strong. "You'll want to give her some herbs, to keep infection out, and maybe some lavender for shock.. check other cats for shock to." Then I heard fighting, and turned to see Badgerstripe and Vipefang fighting, then Badgerstripe ran off. Viperfang landed in a heap to the ground. I stood there, frozen for a moment, then I choked out, "Viperfang?" I leaded closer, and let out a sigh of relief when I heard soft breathing. "Let's get you in the medicine den." I meowed softly, picking her up by her scruff, I slung her over my shoulders and started to take her to the medicine den, my body shook with hate for Badgerstripe. /Run all you want, Badgerstripe, you won't be able to hide when I come looking for you./

@emilianagerson @dramatic @leafdapple769 I think I'll edit the roles for the prophecy because my opinions on them have changed, the new ranks will be below. The names listed at the end are a little glimpse into something else to happen in the prophecy.

Ravenpaw nodded at Waspclaw, before helping Cloudy into the medicine den.

Viperfang was running, although she didn't hurt and she still had both her ears.
She was younger, not as tragically scarred as she once was, but she had all her memories.
A blur of black with a white stripe was beside her, and a familiar screeching laughter echoed in her ears.
Scarleap.
One of Viperfang's first true friend, killed by FireClan not even two days after his warrior ceremony. They were hunting as apprentices, Canarypaw behind them complaining about how fast they were.
But then it all came crashing to a halt as Scarleap turned to look at Viperfang and his eyes widened to the size of an owls.
He tripped and stumbled forcing Viperfang to fall, but upon standing Viperfang realized it wasn't she he was so shocked about.
Behind the three apprentices sat a large figure, massive in every aspect and a foul reek of fox ruled their senses.
It was one of hte last times Viperfang had felt like a normal cat.
The fox attacked the cats, and as it lunged at Viperfang the memory twisted and warped into something much much worse.

I walked into camp, padding past Bonepaw and Locuskit and sliding into the medicine den. I gently put Viperfang down on the floor, and rushed to grab herbs. Chervile root for infection, and some cobwebs to help stop the bleeding. After I licked the scratches clean, I chewed the root and applied it to Viperfang's scratches. Then put cobwebs on to stop the bleeding, taking a look at Viperfang, I calmed down. She had no injury that would kill her. I relaxed, resting my tail on Viperfang's spine. But the calm did not last long, as thoughts of Badgerstripe snuck into my head, and my paw's itched to sink their claws deep into the traitor's pelt. But I needed to stay here, in case Viperfang woke; I needed to be there to make sure she was all right.

Viperfang shot her head back as the fox-or what once was a fox-lunged at her. It twisted and contorted until before her was a massive tom, crossed with scars and missing an eyeball. A twisted smile contorted his face as he raised a paw over Viperfang.

I tried to stand up, but my head felt like it was full of water. Pain radiated through my throat and cranium. It didn't seem to be getting any better. /Why would Badgerstripe do this to me?/ I thought, frowning. /It doesn't make any sense!/

I curled up in a nest in the medicine den, and slept fitfully.

{Pumpkinseed}
Tears ran down my cheeks. The pain that Badgerstripe had inflicted on Cloudy, couldn't possibly match the pain in my heart.

There was no one to comfort me, all of my family was gone now. Badgerstripe had been the last of my living kin.

I trudged back to camp, my feet weighed down by sadness.

{Locuskit}
My eyes widened as TWO injured cats entered the camp. Cloudy looked like her throaght had been cut out!

/I'd better notify the leader!/ Locuskit headed for Blazestar's den at top speed.

{Badgerstripe}
He did not feel guilty one bit about what he had done. His Clanmates had DESERVED the beating he had given them, and he was never going to say he was sorry!

He looked around at the landscape: Bushes, trees, and shrubs was all he could see. Badgerstripe sighed and kept on walking.

He wished he had gotten along better with his sister before he left. She was the only reason he had stayed at that crazy camp. FlareClan had been steadily driving him insane, until Pumpkinseed had betrayed him. That was all that was needed for him to snap.

Badgerstripe pushed through a bush. Maybe, someday Pumpkinseed would forgive him for what he had done. As for the rest of FlareClan, he didn't give a mousetail if they forgave him. Clou-

"Ow!" he yowled as he fell suddenly. "What the-?"

Badgerstripe had landed in a huge ravine. It had to be at least the size of a small Twolegplace! "This would be prefect for a Clan....." he thought aloud.

Then, a sudden idea struck him as perfect: Badgerstripe would make his own Clan!

I was shocked too Viperfang and Cloudy with scar's on them, and hear fighting outside, and headed over to Waspclaw's den. Padding in, I noticed that Waspclaw seemed angry, but not at Viperfang, as he was resting his tail on her back. "Waspclaw, what happened? Did Cloudy and Viperfang get into a fight?" I questioned. Waspclaw looked up sharply at me, "Since when has Viperfang attacked her own clan-mates?" He meowed harshly. "Oh sorry!." I meowed, "I, I didn't mean it like that... I hardly know Cloudy and.. just why do they both have fighting scar's?" I burst out, needing an answer. "The stupid traitor Badgerstripe did it." Growled Waspclaw. "I want that cat dead, he could have killed Viperfang, if that happened, I don't know what I would do!" Waspclaw was pacing around the den now, his voice high with anger at Badgerstripe. "Hey, calm down, he's gone now." I meowed. "But he needs to pay for what he did, I'm not even sure if Cloudy will make it through!" Waspclaw sighed, trying to calm himself, and sat down again by Viperfang, settling his eyes on her. Without looking up at me he meowed once again, now calmer. "Rednight, I can't leave the medicine den. But if you could go after him for me, I would be grateful." I sighed, "I can't go out, I'm deputy now, but i'll see what I can do. Ok?" Waspclaw nodded, and I headed out of the den to Blazestar. "Blazestar, with your premisson I would like to send out a patrol to hunt down and... capture, Badgerstripe." I meowed.

Viperfang was stirred out of her terror, and looked up at Waspclaw. "Don't kill him, he's not worth the effort. And besides if anyone were to kill him, I think it'd have to be Cloudy." She said lifting her head up.
In the dull light of the cave her eyes actually seemed to glow violet, strange considering her eyes were brown and a whiteish blue.

Blazestar nodded. "Granted you bring him back alive. Take Splitwater on the patrol in addition. I'm trusting you Rednight, don't let me down." The leader said resting his muzzle on her shoulder.
Standing up straight he headed over to Robinwing and stood next to her. "How are you doing?"

I puffed out my chest. "I`ll go!" he volunteered. "I`ll bring back that mangy traitor!"

Splatch looked up at Blazestar pleadingly. "PLEASE???"

{Cloudy}
"NO!" she woke up, sweating. "Wha-?" The medicine den confused me. Hadn`t I just been fighting to the death with Badgerstripe?

Cloudy looked down at her neck, relived to find it looking better. Ignoring Waspclaw and Viperfang, I stalked out of the den, determined to kill the cat who had done this to me.

{Pumpkinseed}
She ran over to her den, desperate to be alone. Pumpkinseed curled up in her nest, sobbing. /Badgerstripe, what did you do?/ I thought. /Did you almost kill Cloudy because of me?/

{Badgerstripe}
I woke up, to find a she-cat, gazing at me, mousetails away from my face. "AHH!" I yowled in alarm, scrambling up to my paws. The cat looked fairly amused at my reaction. Badgerstripe frowned. /Does she think tormenting cats is funny?/

"Oh, I`m not gonna hurt you, scaredy-cat!" she laughed.

Badgerstripe growled. "Who are you?"

She shrugged. "I`m just a normal housecat. Name`s Swallow."

Badgerstripe wrinkled his nose, disgusted. "You`re a kittypet!"

Swallow tipped her head to the side, confused. "What`s a kittypet?"

Badgerstripe shook his head. /This so-called Swallow is a mousebrain!/ "Never mind," Badgerstripe pushed past her, and started to walk through the forest. "Don`t you have a owner to get back to?"

Swallow followed him, smiling. "No, my Twolegs are away on vacation,"

"That`s nice, now leave me alone!" he hissed, increasing his pace.

"You don`t have any place to go, do you?" she asked.

Badgerstripe screeched to a halt, frowning. "Can I-?"

"Yes, you can stay with me, silly!" Swallow giggled, touching him on the nose with the tip of her tail.

He sighed, as he followed the bouncing Swallow. /I`m staying at a kittypet`s home./ he thought, ruefully. /StarClan, help me!/

I was about to meow something back to Viperfang, when I noticed Cloudy stalking out of the den, "Oh no you don't!" I meowed, running past her blocking the exit. "Your not fit yet to leave, sit back down before you re-open your wound." I meowed.

{Rednight}
I nodded, "I promise I will not." I meowed, then I looked at Locuskit, who was begging to come on the patrol, I twitched my whiskers, "Sorry Locuskit, not this time." I scanned around for what other cat's I could bring, I already knew I would bring Splitwater. /Maybe it would be a good idea to bring Pumpkinseed./ I thought.

Viperfang looked up at Cloudy. "Sit down." She growled. "You almost died, you need to relax and let your wound heal unless you want to bleed to death before you get a chance to see your first gathering."
She looked at Waspclaw, "I think I'll leave you to healing her, I can fare well enough on my own." She said before worming her way past the medicine cat and former rogue. Without waiting for Waspclaw to react she trotted off to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed three mice.
She lay down in front of the warriors den entrance and ate them with neat rapid bites.

Ravenpaw went into the medicine den, only to find her way blocked by Waspclaw and Cloudy. She backed out, quickly her fur bushing out. "I'll come back when it's less crowded." She managed to squeak out as terror gripped her.
She slid along the wall of the camp until she reached the currently empty nursery, and slipped inside. A much large den than the medicine den, it still carried the kit scent of Dovekit and Tigerkit as well as their mother's.
/I'll clean out the bedding.\ She decided heading over to the only nest with moss in it, and began pulling it off and tossing it into a pile.
She carried it out of the den and passed Viperfang, the she-cat had finished a third mouse but she looked off.
Ravenpaw left the moss in the dirtplace and sat by Viperfang. "What's wrong?"

I sighed as Viperfang left, then turned back to Cloudy, "Go back to that nest over there, pointing to the nest sick cats have to stay in if they are staying in the medicine den over night. "I'll give you some fresh cob webs and something to make sure that you cuts don't get infected."

Rednight
Once I decided what cats to take, I started to ask. "Bonepaw." I meowed, padding up to the white Tom. " We are taking a patrol out to capture Badgerstripe. Would you like to come?" Bonepaw's eyes lit up as he unsheathed his claws. "Oh yes. I would just love to sink my claws into that traitor, what a coward he is, he couldn't beat a fully trained warrior while fighting, so he picks on untrained rouges?" I nodded, /maybe this trip well do some good for him./ I thought. I found Pumpkinseed in the warriors den, it looked like she wanted to be left alone, but I thought Badgerstripe's sister would be a good add to the patrol. "Pumpkinseed," I meowed kindly, "We are taking a patrol out to find your brother, are you up to join it?"

I watched as Cloudy attempted to leave the medicine den. "You really should rest. You may be able to kill Badgestripe, but you should wait until your wound is fully healed." I said. I licked at the minor scratches I had from the fight, but it was nothing serious. Just some claw marks.

{Robinwing}

I watched as my brother tried to convince Cloudy to go back and rest. He then turned to lick his scratches. I cleaned mine. I then decided to go see Locuskit. I walked over to him. He was probably dying to know what had happened. "Hi." I said. "Don't ask what happened, I'll tell you."

"I'll start off by saying that Badgerstripe tried to kill Cloudy and probably meant to kill the rest of us in the process. Only Cloudy is injured seriously, plus Viperfang went after Badgerstripe and probably permanantly maimed him. We heard yowling. It was quite the battle. We don't know why he did it." I finished explaining.

Blazestar sighed softly before walking away from his former spot beside Robinwing. He started towards the warriors den but stopped himself and turned to the leaders den instead. He made his way inside and sat down on his nest closing his eyes.

"My back hurts, that's all." Viperfang mewed in response to Ravenpaw's question. "But there's nothing to be done about it anyways, although my shoulders do seem to hurt more than they should have after something like what just happened."
"You're lying," Ravenpaw stated in a bored voice. "I'm your medicine cat, let me help." She pleaded her violet yes boring into Viperfang's dual colored gaze.

I growled, knowing there it was no use to argue. She went back to the medicine den, and sat back down.

Cloudy felt her old solitaryness, creeping up and let it envelope her. She sighed, digging her claws into the ground.

{Pumpkinseed}
I turned my back on Rednight. "Badgerstripe is DEAD to me!"

{Locuskit}
He growled in a annoyed way, and lashed his tail. /I never get to do anything!/

Locuskit headed over to the fresh-kill pile to sulk, and nibble on a squirrel.

{Badgerstripe}
A big gray Twoleg nest loomed in front of us. "Are you sure about this?" he asked Swallow.

She nodded her head firmly. "My Twolegs won`t harm you, as long as you`re nice."

/What does that mean?/ he thought, following the kittypet. They had to jump over a wall to get in, and Badgerstripe landed neatly on his paws.

The garden wasn`t very big; it was about the size of half FlareClan`s camp, or less.

"Are you coming in?" Swallow asked, padding up to the shiny-pelt door.

"No," Badgerstripe replied, sitting down beside a bush. "I`ll stay out here."

Swallow shrugged. "Suit yourself!" she meowed, nosed the door open, and slipped inside.

/Great, now I can think!/ he thought, rolling his eyes. /That kittypet chatters like a blackbird!/ Swallow had almost talked his ears off, all the way to Twolegplace.

He began to form a plan in his mind: FlareClan warriors were bound to come looking for him, so needed to stay here for the time being. Badgerstripe would recruit kittypets, rouges, and loners, until he had a whole Clan. Then, they would journey to the ravine he had found. As soon as they were strong, and ready to fight, Badgerstripe would lead his Clan into battle, where they would destroy FlareClan.

He grinned, wiping his paw over his ear. /FlareClan will pay!/

Viperfang shook her head. "It's fine." She growled at Ravenpaw before standing up and walking away.
To be truthful her dream had rattled her far more than she could imagine. She shook her head before glancing around. /I just need to take a walk, clear my head.\ She thought before leaving the camp.

Rednight
I dipped my head, but felt as if I should say something, I mean, she should not hate her brother but what he did.. I remembered something Waspclaw had said to me once, when we were talking about his brother. Now I said it to Pumpkinseed, "I think that there is never a point were forgiveness can not live in a cats heart."

Splitwater looked up at Rednight as the she-cat spoke to Pumpkinseed. "Forgiveness is always possible, it's just a matter or whether you're willing to forgive. If you don't feel like forgiving then don't forgive him. But you'll always have had that chance, just be sure not to let it slip away."

I nodded at Splitwater's words, then added, "By the way, Blazestar wants you on the patrol to find Badgerstripe, Spiltwater."

Waspclaw
I chewed on some herbs and put the on Cloudy's scratch. I wondered if Blazestar would let Rednight send out a patrol. I sighed, wishing I could go back on patrols, fighting and hunting with my clan. But no, I had to be stuck in this herb den all day, tending to the sick. I knew I was helping my clan, but in my heart I was a warrior. I shrugged, at least it was only until Ravenpaw was ready.

"You don`t like being stuck here in this medicine den; I can tell. I don`t like it either, but unfortunately I can`t go anywhere thanks to my neck-and Badgestripe." she meowed, quietly. "All I`ve ever done is bring tragedy to this Clan.....Maybe I don`t belong here."

Suddenly, Cloudy felt tears welling up in her eyes. She didn`t try to hold them back. /Oh, why am I blubbering like this this?/ she thought. /Why didn`t I just keep my stupid emotions in?/

{Pumpkinseed}
She kept her back to them. "Badgerstripe and I had a fight before he went crazy, and injured two cats," I said. "He hates me, I hate him. There is no room for forgiveness......Unless he admits that he was wrong, and gets punished in some way, then, and only then, will I try to open my heart up for forgiveness."

Pumpkinseed abruptly sat up, and faced Rednight. "I`ll come."

{Badgerstripe}
I yawned, stretching. My night had been sleepless, filled with strange noises, and worries for the future.

Swallow hurried out of the Twoleg nest, carrying a weird-colored pelt. /What is that?/ I thought, starting to groom myself. /Ivy is really pretty....Too bad she`s a kittypet!/

Swallow put the weird pelt-thing in front of me. "Here you go!" she meowed, warmly.

Badgerstripe looked down to find hard, dry, pellets piled up in the pelt-thing. He wrinkled his nose, "It looks like rabbit droppings."

The she-cat rolled her eyes. "It`s just cat-food! Go on, and try it."

He looked at her doubtfully, and put a little in his mouth; Badgerstripe spit it out, quick. "It tastes like crow-food!" he exclaimed, pawing his tongue to get rid of the taste.

Swallow shrugged. "Suit yourself," she said, and moved the pelt thing to the side.

"What is the thing that the kitty-pet food is in?" Badgerstripe asked, curiously.

She snorted. "A bowl."

"Hmmm, do you want to join my-" he started.

"Who are you?" a strange black and white tom asked, appearing on the fence next to us.
