Happy new year! I did absolutely nothing haha. XPPrism: I fought desperately to reach the exit. Or whatever might be it. Gerathon and I were separated in the fight, and I couldn't see her anywhere over the rows and rows of humans."Gerathon where are you?!" I yelled, my voice just another sound in the noise of fighting and screaming. I attacked any human that moved, using my eyes to look both ways at once. I tried not to in front of other wolves, as most freaked out on me and ran before I could explain. Just another effect(or affect? Not sure) of the humans' experiments. I flashed brilliant neon colors in the humans' faces to confuse them, then smashed with my tail and ripped with my teeth. "Prism!! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!" I heard Gerathon say. She was somewhere to my right. "Gerathon! I'm coming!" I yelled, though I didn't know if I could get there. Despite my efforts, the humans just wouldn't give up. And they were getting desperate. People started coming with guns. Real guns. Not those puny tranquilizers they had been using up till now. They had weighed the options and decided it was better to get us wounded than to let us escape. After all, they could just whisk us back to their horrible labs and "fix" us. Make us "better." Our situation had taken a turn for the worse. Humans fired at me, not even taking care of where they hit. Most ricocheted off my armor, hitting other humans nearby, but one lucky shot hit a weak spot between plates of the armor on my back. I yelped as burning pain spread through my shoulder. Dang it that hurt. Another human threw some kind of bomb at me. I quickly curled up, shielding my face with my paws as the force of the explosion sent me flying. Apparently they weren't afraid to blow off a limb or two. I hit ground hard, jarring my shoulder and sending new waves of pain throughout me. I slowly uncurled and stood, trying not to put pressure on my bad leg. A large crater smoked across the room, surrounded by the charred remains of the humans who weren't prepared. I looked away from the horrible sight. How could they do this? Where was Gerathon? Was she alright?"Gerathon!" I yelled. _________________________Sorry for the long post!

No it's ok, I prefer to stay to myself. But I'd be happy to stay with you until you find your mate."2 or 3 people travelling with me, I'd be fine with, but a whole pack full of 'monsters'? I probably wouldn't survive. "Ok, uh... let's see. We're in a forest, and we gotta find your mate. She's probably still at the lab, but we don't know how to get there. Great. Let's see... can you or any of your kids climb trees?" I was planning to get someone to climb up a tree, and see if there was anything around.

@ashlinnhi Lol no i meant the people were all monsters. My mistakeMaple:She was suddenly snapped from her thoughts from yelling in the hallway of both wolves and humans. "Come on!" she cried. "We need to do something to help the wolves!" she said running towards the busted door. she chuckled. No better time to see what her new powers were. she always figured them out in the worst time.Ash:He chuckled. "No, the members of my pack arn't monsters." he paused. " The people in there are. They don't give a crap about wolves, just their twisted little experiments." he got a dark look in his eye. He then snapped out of it. "I'm sorry, did you say something about, wolves climbing trees." he chuckled.

@ashlinnhi - At the time of posting that, it was New Year's Day. XD__Kumatora could hear shouting. Maple really wanted to help. She followed along, but stopped dead in her tracks when she heard a loud explosion. She looked around."What the...? Are they using bombs?!"She roared, and ran ahead of Maple. She was really angered now. They didn't just want to tranquilise them and carry them back now, the desperate humans weren't even afraid of injuring them, maybe... killing them?! The wolf twisted her body through the many corridors, before her mind remembered about her new tail and slowed her down. (Argh, stupid tail! Better wait for Maple, I guess... wait, what about that girl? Wonder if her plan worked...)~The girl's father hadn't arrived at the 'scene' yet. Instead, he made his way into the room the girl was in, to check on his daughter. The girl, at the sight of her father's shadow on the wall, pretended to be unconscious. He gasped loudly."My girl, what happened to you? Wake up!"She slowly opened her eyes and talked in a weakened voice."That wolf... she knocked me out... I guess she escaped... what about the other...?""What?! If I could, I would slaughter Kumatora and use her skin and horns as ornaments! But I can't...so, are you talking about Maple?"The dad, calming himself, walked to the room Maple was being kept in. He took one look at the broken door, and starting shouting many things with all sorts of choice words. He walked back to the girl."...They both escaped, but are heading straight into our guards tackling the other wolves..."

Maple:She started out when she ran right into a man and interupted him with his conversation with, his daughter? That must be the girl Kumatora was talking about, that would 'help' them. She snarled. The girl was blabbing away everything! She well get us caught. The man looked down. "Well, well. It's like you want to be captured, stupid thing." he said, smirking. Anger boiled inside Maple. IT was this man who was responisible for torchering us. A growl grew in her throat. "I will no longer be your slave." she growled. She felt her eyes burning into the man. Then he felt him weakening, slowly at first. What the heck, she thought. But she didn't care. She did it until he was a almost life less heap on the floor. She gave a evil smile. They gave me the power to drain things of their power. How stupid those humans are, she thought, running towards Kumatora. Ash:Waiting

Kumatora saw that Maple eventually caught up, but something was different. There was a look to her expression, maybe her eyes. Kumatora ignored it, however, and continued forward, her tail dragging on behind her. A feeling of danger flowed throughout her as she passed through the corridors. They must have been getting closer to where the guards where. They must have, the feeling was growing worse and worse. She soon heard the voices, or rather yells, of many guards and a few wolves.(Are we here? What'll I have to face? Hopefully it all goes well and we can get outta here...)As the wolf got ever so closer to danger, she started to wonder about the little girl.~"Dad? Dad! Dad, get up!""Kill... that... wolf...""K-kill? I can't do that to them! Can't you let them free?!""..."

@rustiscool Sorry I was away for a day or two omo{Rue}"Hmm? Oh yeah. I was just thinking that maybe one of your kids could climb up and scan our surroundings. But... what you said about the people in your pack. All they care about is their 'experiments'? That sounds like the people at the lab."Could it actually be true? It sounded horrible.

@ashlinnhi Lol no the wolves in the pack are normal wolves, it's just that most of them left because they thought Ash was crazy for going back to find Maple at the lab. Get it?Maple:Maple panted as she ran by her friend "That girl I thought you said she would help us. She just told your father we were ecsaping! She'll get us caught!" she yelled over the noise, hurt in her voice.Ash:He sounded cunfused. "The people in my pack are normal. But the people in that lab are terrible." He spoke, still puzzled. "And, my pack also doesn't climb trees on a daily basics."

@pokewolfkyuubi Gerathon, seeing Prism on the ground, ran to his side. She winced as her broken rib sent a fresh pulse of pain up her spine. "Prism!" she called hoarsely, and collapsed beside him, gasping. Almost instantly, they were surrounded by humans, and six pistols were pointed at her head. "Prism..." muttered Gerathon, backing away.

To be honest, I feel extremely helpless right now. I can't really do anything. I have no idea where we are. I don't know how to save any of my... friends. Well, the other wolves at the lab." I'd paused slightly before saying 'friends'. The other wolves weren't exactly my friends, but I just said that word was the first thing that had come into mind, for some reason.

Kumatora gasped. A sudden tone of anger was heard in her voice."I don't even know if telling him that was even part of her plan! Let's hope she didn't spill our EXACT LOCATION either, huh?!"She didn't mean to yell that part, but somehow did so. A guard heading to the crowd of other guards stopped in his way and turned back to face the two wolves. He seemed very nervous and timid compared to the others. He managed to say a few words before freezing in fear."S-stop right... uhh... where you are...! B-b-both of you, f-freeze!"The wolf heard some other footsteps, lighter than the others. Like a little girl. It sounded like the girl may have followed them here, and had somehow caught up slightly. It sounded like she was also out of breath."Dangit, did she also FOLLOW US?!"

It seemed that when ever they got out of one thing, they got into a even more difficult task. "Why doesn't she just leave, that blasted little girl!" she cooled down and nodded at the guards up ahead. "you think they have guns?"Ash: He looked at her with a look of understanding. " That's how I've been feeling. For 5 months I've been here, staring at the door, waiting for them to come out by themselves." he paused. " but they won't come out by themselves. I know that now. We have to do something." He looked at her helplessly.

The wolf looked very hard, eventually squinting. She thought she saw at least one guard with a gun in their hand. She growled."Oh, for the love of...! They do... and, guess what else? I think they may also have a bomb lf some kind. Isn't this WONDERFUL?!"The girl's shadow was getting closer. The nameless little girl had eventually reached the wolves, out of breath and waving her arms like something was wrong."Oh, hey. Thanks for telling one of the big bosses that we were escaping. Yeah, I really thank you." Kumatora snarled, holding one of her huge claws at the girl's neck. "Did you even THINK before saying that, you little runt?!" The out-of-breath girl squealed a little, before spitting out a few words."Just wanted... to say... something..."

The girl had fallen silent as guards surrounded them. Kumatora glanced at Maple."Force our way through them. I don't care how injured I get now, I just want to escape. Even if I die after setting one paw out that door, just taking a look at the outside world again before doing so would be worth it..."She looked around. After saying that, they all seemed to point their guns at her. She shook her head and got into a battle pose of some kind. The girl seemed to have a panicked expression on her face."You guys, I'm so sorry! I need to convince these guards to let you free... how, though? I'll just muck it up again!""You better do something quickly before I either stirke them or you." The dragon wolf replied, slightly picking the unnamed girl up off the ground using her almost forgotten about shadow grabbing power thing as a warning.

Maple: She picked up the weakling guard. "Nobody move!" she shouted. "Or I'll suck out his life force!" Honestly, Maple didn't know if she had enough energy to do that, but she wouldn't tell them that. "That's right, you move, he's a lifeless husk!" She murmered to the other two. "Come on guys, this will only work for so long. We have to think of something." Ash: Waiting

I tried scampering up a tree to get a better view around, but too many years of no exercise had made my paws practically lifeless. I glanced up at the branch above me. I jumped and grabbed onto it, then fell down. "Ugh, ow," I muttered. "How on earth do we get out of here? How did I get here anyway?!"

Yet still, a part of my brain screamed defiance. "Don't surrender!" It said. "Don't let them win! Never let them win! A life lived in a cage is a life worse than death! Fight to the end! Fight!" It screamed. "FIGHT!" But against these odds, winning would be nothing short of a miracle. However, my life was mine to sacrifice. I realized that really, there wasn't a choice. There never had been. From the moment I arrived here, somehow I knew that I would always chose the hard option. Maybe that's just who I am. The stupid idiot who makes the most stupid decisions whether he knows they're stupid or not. Fight or surrender. Play it safe or roll the dice. Honestly, I always thought of myself as a cautious wolf, but really, who was I kidding? I could act like the smart one but in the end there was no pretending. It was time to make the most dangerous and most stupid decision. And I was game. I looked to Gerathon."You ready?" I asked.

@pokewolfkyuubi BTW I won't be adding any more really awesome powers after this one. The ability to heal all wounds can be counted as a bit overpowered. THAT IS ALL._______________________________________________A flicker of excitement ran across Gerathon's face. "Certainly. Bullets will never harm us..."As if to demonstrate what she meant, she flicked her tail across Prism's wounds, burnt by the explosion and the bullet-wound between his bony plates. The blood and wounds vanished. As Gerathon turned away again, a feeling of pure excitement at her new-found strength rising deep inside her, she noticed that most of the wolves had already fled the scene. This was bad, because then she'd have not many witnesses to see what happened next...

Kumatora's mind had gone blank on what to do next. Could she maybe use one of her powers as, say, a distraction? Hm, probably not. She can only pick up things one at a time, so that was pretty useless now. And repeatedly warping to shadows takes its toll on her very quickly. The dragon-like wolf peered around at the humans' armour, trying to find maybe a little weak spot in each other's. The girl didn't know what to do either. Until she seemed to move in front of the two wolves without even thinking. Kumatora quietly gasped."What the heck are you doing, stupid girl?!" the wolf snarled.(What am I doing?! Oh well, just play along...)"Uhh... uhm... if you want to harm these wolves, you... need to go through me first! C'mon, shoot me!""How original..."The guards at first pointed their guns at the girl, but then they started to look at each other and mutter something. It sounded like they recognised this girl. They stopped pointing their guns at the girl, too afraid to shoot her and very possibly kill her. ...And instead pointed at Kumatora?"...Hey, what? Why are you pointing those things at me?! She just made it worse than before for me...!"
