first at all: sorry if it's in a wrong place.

well:: we have a lot of holidays in the site, but why we can't get a Lunar New Year? I like how the chinese calendar works and stuffs from a "happy lunar new year" will be cool. Some games about it (like halloween fair) will be very nice too.

just for some red and chinese critters. i love china and your lunar calendar ❤️

@exo That actually sounds very interesting and cool. So why not? There could be a Chinese horoscope for creatures, fortune cookies, Chinese themed items like a Chinese Dragon toy,... I already can see it coming to life on EggCave... 😊

Yeah this sounds awesome the colors of the creatures could be specifically red and gold. Cause those are the colors and the creatures can be from the Chinese Zodiac. Items can be stuff like fireworks, candles, the round lanterns. New Year's Candies that say New Years on them.😊 I can also see many ppl wanting to trade for certain Zodiac creatures.

@exo Well, I just drew a dragon creature but I'm not really good at drawing and I didn't put that much time into it but maybe I can make it look a little bit more decent after some sleep and upload it on my deviantart page later. I just don't have any real ideas for a 1st and maybe 2nd stage. I only drew an "adult" dragon and an egg. :/

I also attempted to draw a dragon plushie but that turned out to look like a weird snake like dragon thingy that throws up. (Seriously. Why did I even tried to draw one? o.o) The kite I drew looks quite good though. Might upload the pics later if the scanner works. 😊

I might start drawing a chinese market or something where it could take place later too. Already have an idea how it could look like. If I really fail at it I'm gonna ask my friend if she can draw some stuff for me, even though she's not on EggCave. 😋

Hello yeah I just reply on this topic😊 But I guess you didn't see it, LOL It's ok Your friend tho can draw it and you can just upload the pics on deviant art for ppl to see them. They could even make a specific dragon, and change the dragons looks by the next year. Meaning a different dragon, but still the same colors used to indicate that it's the New Year's Dragon.

About your candy idea... What kind of candies? Lollypops or more like the Halloween candies? I kind of like the idea that the dragon changes each year. Well they could look like the halloween candies and be red and gold, the candies could be any shape as long as the packaging had New Years on it. And yeah the Dragon would have to look different each year after all it is a new year, and that would make the dragon more valuable too since it changes. As for the coins that would be a cool item to collect and yeah I know which coins you're talking about.😊

They could either be tradeable for the virtual coins you find/get or another "toy"... There should be books and foods too... And yeah, the dragons would have a lot more value then... 😊

Yeah the books could also be Zodiac books about the creature that you bought. Also about the New Year Dragon, what to do on New Years, etc. As for the foods they can be as colorful as can be like fried rice, chinese chicken, chinese pork dumplings, shrimp,, crab stew, hot sauce. They can even have chopsticks and paper fans as the items as well.

I had to think about all the things I've seen that part of the Chinese culture. Would be nice if they had flowers like the Cherry Blossoms because I think they grow in both China and Japan known as the Sakura Cherry Blossom, they could also have orchids, lotus. This is crazy, but I don't know why I"m thinking of peacocks right now LOL

OMG you worked so hard on this, I love the drawings. You even made the items, a dragon, and the flower. So cool! I didn't even think you'd get it done so fast since it's alot of drawings to create, but wow! Yes I love the drawings and I'm being honest about it.😊

It didn't actually took me much time to draw it. Maybe 30 minutes for the dragon, 15 minutes for the flower, for the kite 10 minutes and the items were done in 15 minutes, I think.

The editing took a while because the scanner is still somehow dirty even after cleaning it properly. I had to erase at least a part of the background in nearly every picture and I had to work on the dragon for a while because it was just way too light and you couldn't see it properly.

I really didn't thought you'd like it that much. I'm not a good drawer. I'm better with editing photos and making small manips and fanfic covers. 😊

The only thing was the hot sauce could be in a bottle, or a ketchup like packet. And the label have hot sauce on it, but other then that yeah. I didn't know you'd make a kite as one of the toys that's cool!😊

Yeah, I wasn't sure about the hot sauce. But seemingly some people do it as a main dish wish vegetables and seeds or something... Pretty weird... So I drew it like that. But maybe I'll draw it in a bottle later when I'm getting bored again... 😃

For some reason I was thinking of what the christmas fair could be like as well, The items could be gingerbread cookies, candy canes, stockings, trees, star tree toppers, and the deco balls, bells, wreaths, candles, and lights. Then instead of buying bags you could buy presents filled with whatever christmas items, books, and toys. Some nice christmas travels would be nice to add as one of the items to buy. But I"ve yet to think what the christmas critter would be.☹️

Sounds good. But then we'd basically have three events in a row and nearly no time at all to recover from the Halloween Fair, right? That would be a little hectic and time consuming, I guess...

Well, it could be some kind of polarbear, penguin, elf or something... or a gingerbread animal...

You weren't here during the Valentines event, but that was time consuming literally. Like doing feeds is ok, but you had to send back chocolates too. And it's hard when you have alot of names to send back too. I think that's why that one was the most unpopular event, if it was just feeds then it's fine, but sending chocolates one by one was so not fun. Would've been easier if the chocolate could be sent automatically, or just have a box where you check all the ppl you need to send them to and that would've made it so much easier.

Sounds kind of horrible. Plus people have stuff to do around Valentine's Day. For example one half of my OTP has his birthday at the beginning of February (which basically means being on tumblr all day and 48 hours after that and checking his Twitter non-stop and emotionally preparing for crap and weird stuff to happen) and then my boyfriend wants to spend time with me and my family wants to have me around on a daily basis basically too. How are you supposed to get what you want in time then??
