April fools creature: Harlinu

The Harlinu's name as a mix of harlequin and inu (which means 'dog' in japanese)

I spent a little more over 4 hours drawing and getting the description done. 😸

Creature DESCRIPTION:

Three weeks after a harlinu hatches, They pull pranks on every one especially there owner. There pranking gets much more worse on April fools day, Were they prank every citizen in ark.
So owners beware while raising the troublesome harlinu.

The older a harlinu gets, the more pranks it pulls on other people, but they only pull fewer pranks on there owner.

Egg
When the harlinu egg gets minutes to hatching, the owners start to hear the jack in the box song play over and over again.

So when you mysteriously start hearing the jack in the box song play go check your egg.

Huurah, another dog. And I love harlequins, especially the (jester's) hat. 😊 Wowee, some of my favorite things put together in one.

Very nice name! Wonderful!

I wouldn't mind getting pranked by mine, as long as it doesn't ruin my day and the pranks are in good fun, then let them come!

Now I am REALLY impressed by the way the Harlinu hatches from its egg. That's awesome! I'd like to take a whole bunch of eggs at once, just to hear and watch them hatch! Haha. That's so cool! Great, great! I can't think of another monster from anywhere that does this. I really really like this idea.

Sign me up for one of these.

Any reason why a black coat was chosen?

I love it!!even if I would have added two little canins (or did you put them? I saw two white dots, I think...oh wellxD) and the tail in the last stage.

While I was looking up references to harlequins I fell in love with them. ❤️
The black coat was chosen, as a reference to a web comic.
(I bet no one can guess what it is. xD)

@crystalstars The two dots are two little canines.
And in the position it's in, I wasn't sure how to add the tail.
Its supposed to have it though.

@dragonnn No, just a black body harlequin Creature. Its actually a Homestuck reference. xP
The dog body-
And the imp color scheme/clothing.

But the clothing also has its own take as well. It has like four different harlequins representing its clothing. xD

But wererage's idea is cool to, for it to be a shilouette harlequin dog.
