Negative EC "on hand"

I had 465,612 ec at 11:55pm.
I withdrew 2million ec from the bank at 12:05pm to pay for a freeze I bought from a user.
The exact same lot came up twice in the TC with my offer of ec and the offer was accepted before I could withdraw.

Now I have -1533369ec and it won't go away.

Can provide screenshots if necessary of the ec amounts.

Edit:
Accepted an item trade with 50k, the balance is now -1483369
