What exactly is the Chocotravaganza Exchange?

Has it started yet? I know there's a topic about it, but I'm not sure when I'm supposed to be seeing chocolate on feeding pages. I've started playing on the last week of January, so yeah, I'm still pretty new to some aspects of this site. x) Thanks for any help!

It will start either later today at 12 or tomorrow at 12. I can't remember how we get the boxes but we have to gift them away on a special page made for the Extravaganza to get points to buy creatures/ the prizes.
