egg cave timing out on laptop but is fine on phone?

Ok so eggcave is working perfectly fine on my phone but keeps timing out on my laptop. It suddenly stopped working, I didn't update anything or download anything on my laptop for it to suddenly stop so don't know what it is since it works totally fine on my phone. It just keeps saying connection has timed out/reset. Tried turning off and back on and that didn't do it. Tried unplugging wifi and redoing it. ALL other sites also work Amazingly fine so yeah its not my wifi.... Anyone have same problem or can help?

Egg Cave has been lagging really bad for me as well lately.
I was told to send in a ticket about it.
I haven't had it time out YET, but I'm sure it'll come soon.
