So anyone near or heard of Hurricane Irene?

It's hitting the east coast of the US Saturday night. Where I live people are already being evacuated. T.T

I'm scared 😱

I hope people dont get evacuated where i am @_@
But its supposed to hit Sunday night for us.. first an earthquake and now this! Its weird for people in the northern part of the east coast to get stuff like this o_O

Yup, seems like the Vermonters are just chilling out, mostly because we never get stuff like this, so for me.

I will probably experience the hurricane as well. I'm not too sure on how powerful it will come through when it reaches me, but I'm not worrying much about it. I remember Hurricane Isabel way back in 2003. I don't recall much damage in my area, but it did leave the electricity out for a few days.

You you know how in the Bible God says hen the world is about to end that lots of bad stuff will happen, Japan had a Tsunami an Earthquake and there was an earthquake yesterday and now hurricanes, im scared

I hear this is gonna be where I live too.

And like pizza5pizza5 siad, on Sunday (mainly cuz we're in the same state xD).

But people are panicking and on the news, they're ike: "Get plenty of bottles of water and make sure you have enough batteries, canned food, blah blah blah blah blah..." And I'm like: People. It's not here YET. >.< I mean, there was rain+thunder earlier, but nothing bad.

Nothing ever hits my state.
It depresses me.
I have no experience in these things.
People would be happy to be completely safe guaranteed basically, whereas I would like to be in the middle of a hurricane. xD
