What if while you were spending your day normally, you were captured and brought to an island in the middle of nowhere? What if on this island you were experimented on and given powers and maybe a different appearance? And what if there was no escape off this island unless you knew the password?

Well in this story, all of the above happens.

_-Details-_
You were chosen for an experimental project called 'Alpha 0379', where the government wants to make you loyal soldiers. You are taken while you are asleep at home and brought to an island. When you wake up, you find yourself changed and surrounded by palm trees, sand and the smell of ocean. The island is covered by some sort of shield and you need a password to exit it. The shield is built 20 miles from the center in all directions except its 35 miles into the air.

You are the experimentals.

How will you survive?

Name: Nicole Snow

Age: 15

Gender: Female

Appearance:

Before- She is 5 foot and has dimples. She had long, wavy blond hair and piercing blue/green eyes. She had a light tan and always wore a smile. She also always wore a simple silver band around her finger, that had always & forever engraved into it from her mother. Always wore bright clothing so everyone knew who and where she was. Has 3 piercings in her left ear and one in the other.

After- Has same height and dimples but they are a rare sight. Her hair is now chin length and is completely white. Her slight tan remains but her skin is freezing to the touch. Her eyes have been wiped completely of all color and all that's left is complete white. She wears a silky white cloth around her eyes so no one has to see the emptiness that lies within them. The ring that once was around her left middle finger is now around her neck, attached to a simple gold chain. Always wears white clothing. Her piercings are white gold and have weird symbols engraved in them.

Personality: Once a ball of energy and friendliness, now secludes herself in the corner or in the dark away from everyone because of her blindness. She doesn't want anyone's pity or sorry looks and kinda is happy she is blind so she doesn't have to see the looks. If you do try to befriend her, she may give you the cold shoulder at first but if you are persistent, she will eventually open up and welcome you.

Powers: Heightened senses because of new-found blindness and ice creation abilities. (Most things she creates usually only last a day)

Other: 😸 The scientists gave her a light cream-colored lion to act as her guide. The lion is surrounded by a cold mist but is really warm to the touch.

Name: Victor Swanson
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Before- Choppy, chocolate brown hair and honey brown eyes. Wears glasses and has light brown freckles coating his whole body. Skin is smooth and pale but not white. Is well-muscled but doesn't work out. Has a tattoo of a black widow on the back of his neck. His right ear has a sliver spike piercing.
After- Everything remains the same except for his hair, which has been buzz-cut and his eyes, which are darker and have dark blue flecks within them. He doesn't need his glasses anymore but he still wears them because they are familiar.
Personality: Is sort of an optimist even if he is dying on the inside. He likes to make others happy and likes to make new friends he can trust and be loyal to. He hates liars and frowns.
Powers: Empath, can sense and feel other's emotions and can even manipulate those feelings, which he rarely ever does.

Name: Alyss Ravenhallow

Gender: Female
Appearance:
Before- She had pale skin, a covering of freckles over her cheeks and the bridge of her nose. She also had blue-gray eyes and long wavy dirty blond hair.
She wore all black and a simple black chained necklace bearing a double ouroboros on it.
After- She now stands at about six foor four, she has shaggily cut dirty blond hair and her eyes are bow burnt orange in coloration.
She is no longer able to speak out-loud though.
In addition she has kept her ouroboros necklace but now wears the clothes the lab gave her.
Personality: Alyss is quiet and observant. She's withdrawn, and prefers to be separated from others, but those who she befriends she is loyal to until one of them dies.
Powers: She has telekinesis and the ability to speak into the minds of others.

Name: Cole Ravenhallow
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Before- Cole is about five foot five and had a pale complexion and short raven black hair with watery blue eyes.
After- Cole hasn't physically changed save for his eyes becoming a forest green color.
Personality: Cole is excitable and friendly. He is very caring and compassionate as well, often eager to meet and interact with others.
Powers: Cole is now able to manipulate the plant life around him, having it speed in growth to aid his cause or able to move it to aid his cause.

@cutebirdy79 I wanted to try a different format

Before- Never actually cared about her, strawberry brown, hair back at home. Her hair would be long with lots of split ends and was never combed. It would always be ruffled looking like she just got out of bed. She sometimes put it up in a loose bun to get the thing out of the way. Is about average height, maybe a bit taller. About 5'8". Her eye color is a dark brown, almost black. Has a slim figure but is slightly toned.

After- Her right eye was replaced with a glass eye in the color of pale yellow. With only one working eye, her dept perception is off and has a hard time telling the distance and placement of objects. Her right arm was also taken and replaced with a prosthetic arm. Her long hair was trimmed down to a pixie hair cut.

Believes she needs to be more independent in life and with survival. She will refuse any help because she doesn't want anyone's help when in reality, she does. She has a hard time with manners and apologizing to other people. Back at home, she was the oldest child of five other siblings. She then trained herself to be the most independent and most responsible because of younger siblings.

Given faster reflexes. Can jump, leap, and soar great distances to get away from danger. Prosthetic arm has built in strength and every other body part was fixed with stretchier joints for abnormal flexibility.

Name: Paige O'Harte
Age: 15
Gender: Female

Appearance:

Before- Paige had wavy light brown hair that just touched the tops of her shoulders, usually getting trims often. Stood at a short height of about 5'1" and her skin was tan from being outside a lot. She also had hazel eyes and a skinny, lanky body.

After- After the government scientists lengthened Paige's bones, she now stands at a height of 5'10". She's still skinny, but she's lean and slightly toned. Her hair, now dirty blonde, grows straight instead of wavy and reaches down to her belly button. She usually puts it up into a high ponytail to keep the hair out of her face. Somehow the scientists managed to replace Paige's tan skin with fair skin, completely smooth without a blemish, scar, or freckle. Her left eye still remains hazel, but her right eye is an icy blue.

Personality: Very ambitious and once she makes a decision, she sticks to it. Stubborn in a way. Paige can seem aloof at some points, but she tries to be friendly, bubbly, and optimistic. She's also aware that her height can seem intimidating.

Powers: Super speed and can manipulate the air and wind

Name: Rikard Frisk

Age: 20

Gender: male

Appearance:

Before- Rikard is a pale young man with chin length blond hair and sharp, crystal blue eyes. He has around 180cm of height (5'11") and an athletic build that in the opinion of some seems underweight. This coupled with his fine features makes him appear somewhat androgynous. His outfit consists of worn, light jeans with a woven dark black belt, sneakers and a orange t shirt covered by an orange and blue hoodie. He also carries a silver bracelet with a piece of crystal and a few small charms with him but rarely puts it on his wrist.

After- Rikard hasn't changed much in appearance after being taken, his skin has become more pale, to the point of seeming almost translucent and his eyes have become a shade of blue too light and vibrant to fit a human.

Personality: Even though he rarely leaves a good first impression and is usually labeled as odd and even creepy, Rikard is not the kind of man who would hurt someone without a reason or cause them any other kind of trouble. He is generally calm and is not easily angered, frightened or shocked, he has seen enough things to become numb to certain despicable acts.

Powers: For most of the time, Rikard has the appearance of a normal human but his anatomy is much different and is not constant. He can change his muscle structure at will as well as edit a number of other systems of his body though to a lesser extent. This is possible primarily because his muscles are made of a different fiber than in humans and are significantly more powerful. Only a small portion of his muscle structure is needed to support normal movement and living processes, the rest can move freely over the bone and arrange into different formations. However, changing the structure of his body is not something he knows naturally, he needs to learn every transformation and on top of that the change happens very slowly. In case Rikard suddenly finds himself in danger the best he can do is strengthen one or both of his arms to protect himself but he cant do even this instantly.

The first of the few forms he knows how to morph into is one built for defense with added mass around his neck as protection and a very solid, armor like, layer over his entire torso. Odd muscle formations in his arms and legs also enable swift movements which are produced by quick ,momentary releases of energy. This aids him in jumping far and running at great speed so he can escape a dangerous place or an enemy.

His other form which is also his most powerful one includes an incredibly empowered back structure that even causes his chest to be pushed out slightly and his hands to be thrown back. It arranges added mass onto his hands and lower arms to provide a stronger punch and the rest of the body is modified to be sturdy and give support and stability to the top of his figure.

The other shapes he can change into are not as significant and are mostly a result of different combinations of the same minor components. When he is in an urgent situation or is faced with a difficult task he might also improvise some shape that he need for that specific occasion.

Other: He likes the nickname Rick very much =)

Appearance:
Before- Long black hair with bangs covering dark green eyes. Her height (or lack there of) makes her hair look even longer, and her skin is no stranger to the sun.
After- Her ears have slight points on them, and her eyes now change color with her mood, but it's subtle. She hasn't changed in height, but it doesn't bother her as much anymore.
Personality: Independent, mature and patient (especially for her age), rather witty with a splash of dry sarcasm. Never speaks without purpose.
Powers: Talks to animals and plants, reads auras of people, perfect sense of time and direction.

Name: Rei Serket
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Before- Spiky black hair, stormy grey eyes, and skin to match his sister's. His height it is own, towering over his sister but still a bit short around other people.
After- His ears have points to match his sister, but his hair changes color (subtle, but still there) with mood.
Personality: Mistrusting, but protective of those close to him...assuming anyone can even get close to him besides his sister.
Powers: Controls the weather within a reasonable distance, can turn invisible, and phase (unreliably) through some solids.
