What is the chance of finding a creature at the Leila Oasis?

They are very unlikely to be found at the Oasis but after the update for the Birthday Celebrations, they can be found a little more often. But it is completely random.

Well I found 2 pets in the Oasis today in less than minute apart.

I found Kaihon and Taigrin.

It is random, just like the Thief Shop. However they are found a little more often and don't cost anything.
