Snowfall approached the water cautiously, as it would randomly jump up and attack him. "Okay." He whispered to Minnowhisker. The white tom inhaled deeply, as it would be his last breath. It might be. he thought, doubt flickering in his mind. Hesitating, he glanced at Minnowhisker. "Ready?"

Minnowhisker nodded,"follow me," and dived into the river.She lifted her head abov the water shivering.She waded to the end of it and put her head down and she felt herself getting pulled through the gap

Snowfall leaped in, jumping after Minnowhisker. gasping one last breath of air he ducked his head under and felt the torrent whip him away.

Minnowhisker was falling.She gasped getting her mouth full of water.Snowfall had his eyes closed.Minnowhisker looked around wildly.She saw a branch and clung on to it.She tried to call out to Snowfall to do the same but the roar of the waterfall was to loud.I hope he's all right she thought as she dropped down again

The scent was getting fainter, but she tried to track it down as she ran. The water was poring so hard she could barely smell them. "Is any cat here!" She roared. If they didn't answer they would probably be farther now and she wouldn't be able to scent them anymore.

Minnowhisker splashed against the water the compact taking threats out of her.She bobbed hr head abov the water coughing,"Snowfall?" She coughed,"Are you here?"

All Snowfall could see was darkness, and the loud roar of water in his ears. He tried to struggle with no prevail as the torrent rushed him along. Suddenly he surfaced then went down just as quickly. Snowfall's lungs felt like they were going to explode. He started thrashing, then felt his paw get caught on a clump of fur. Minnowhisker! The white tom then surfaced gasping for air.

Minnowhisker hoped in suprise and trapped Snowfalls scruff dragging him to shore.She layed down panting,"That didn't go as planned but we're alive,"she panted

Snowfall, chest heaving, felt as though his body had turned to liquid. "Yeah, were alive." He agreed.

Tigerlily tried to find any familiar scents, but the fain made it nearly impossible. "Hello?!" She shouted, running along with Hidden.

Hidden heard a soft yelped, but she barely heard it because of the rain. She ran towards the yelp and saw two cats. She tried to help them further away from the water.

Snowfall struggled to his feet then followed hidden away from the rising river.

Tigerlily was deeply relieved. She rushed towards the two water logged cats. "Your okay!"

"We're Fi--- " Snowfall said, then broke into a series of coughs.

Tigerlily was worried about the two cats. They were half-drowned and shivering violently from the cold. "Come on, back to the others. You need to rest." She instructed padding in the direction of the hill where the whole clan now was sheltered. At least the storm has died down.

Hidden went back to the cave. It was almost like she vanished. She had done her part so she went back.

Moonfur followed them back to camp. "I'll check on Snowfall and Minnowhisker." she said as she padded into her den, signaling with her tail for Minnowhisker and Snowfall to follow her.

Moonfur followed them to where the other cats sheltered. My herbs are probably all washed away by the water... How am I going to help Minnowhisker and Snowfall recover quickly?, she thought.

Tigerlily herded the shoaked cats gently to a nest on the ground. The Darkclan deputy glanced at Moonfur. Would she be able to help them without herbs?

Snowfall was shirvering badly, so he didn't object to the soft nest. "Are you okay?" He whispered to Minnowhisker.

"Hey," Moonfur nudged Tigerlily softly. "When the storm ends and the water leaks, I'll need to find some herbs to heal Minnowhisker and Snowfall. Until then, I'll try to find some lavender up here." she whispered. Moonfur walked around looking for the beautiful flowers, but to no avail. Then she saw a poppy, she shook it with her paw and some poppy seeds fell onto it. She walked carefully to the 2 sick cats. "Here, chew this." she told them raising her paw.

Snowfall took the poppy seed and chewed it slowly. It tastes nutty. he thought. Then a wave of sleepiness washes over him, he struggled to keep his eyes open.

The storm was lightening when Snowfall chewed the seeds. At least I can gather herbs soon..

Al little damp from helping the cats. Hidden didn't mind as long as she isn't taking a shower or bugs are on her. She padded outside to dry herself.
