Would 10000 CC be enough to get a first stage Nym, and Olimpt, a second stage Foglin + a first stage Goblar or would it be more?

For all of those together? No, you'd definitely need more, especially for a first stage Nym and Gobbler. Just 10k might be able to get you one of them, though (maybe both the Olimpt and Foglin if you're lucky).

It'd be enough to get you 1-3 depending on which ones. I've seen Foglins go for around 2k and Last Stage Olimpts for around 2.5 (First around 4k or more). And I think Goblars have been sold for 1-2k as well. (Unless you mean the Gobbler, then I have no idea) Not sure how much Nyms are going for either.

I've seen/gotten 1st stage frozen Nyms go 8ooo to 9oooCC.
Olimpt, depends on stage.
Frozen 2nd stage Foglin around 25ooCC
Do you mean the Halloween on Goblar or the bird Gobbler? If Goblar one it's goes around 1ooo to 15ooCC. A lot mix the two up so figured I'd ask

I meant the Halloween Goblar, and then would it be maybe around...11000-12000? Depending on the person selling them

Oh crap, sorry, that was a misread on my part.

You should be able to get the Goblar for under 10000, so yeah, I suppose with 10000 you could get:

Goblar
Foglin
Olimpt (depending on stage)

and you'd probably have to add more for the Nym. If the Olimpt is lower stage (especially 1st), expect to add too. So I'd say for all of them 15k-20k.
