"The kit fainted!" Mintwhisker cried. Quickly she picked the kit up and brought her to the medicine den, laying her down gently in a nest.

Berrykit was playing in the nursery when he heard noise outside. He peeked out.

The kit was thrashing wildly in the nest. Poor kit Mintwhisker thought. She grabs some poppy seeds and fed them to the kit to clam her. "Shes terrified" she murmured to Nightwolf.

"Starclan!" Mintwhisker shot back in alarm as the kit started thrashing even more. She pressed down on the kit with her paws to keep her still so the kit wouldn't hurt herself.

Berrykit eyes widened. He could hear the loud yowling of a cat in the Medicine den. He calmed down a bit when Snowstar came into the nursery.

Dawn stilled.She fell into sleep.she wanted to wake up but at least she didnt have to see her fathers face anymore.she was to tired to do anything.evrey bone in her body was aching.

Mintwhisker sighed in relief when the kit stopped thrashing and calmed down. She kept stroking the kit with her tail.
When the kit woke up she looked terribly frightened. "Don't worry, eat these, they'll make you feel better" Mintwhisker said pushing some more poppy seeds to her.

"Another kit?!" Berrypaw said excited. He bounced on his paws. "Can I go play with them?"
