Personally I don't think this is excluding..there are many clubs where you need certain things to be in it and this happens to be one of account age. If you call this excluding then all other clubs are also excluding.

Not all are. This one, more than half the people on this site that are active can't join because they aren't 1 year or older. Like myself. But then again, some of them have really good coves, and are very knowledgeable.
I used to wish to join this - until I realized lately how more than half of the peeps on here can't do it.
Personally, I think you should be able to join if you answer a couple of questions right that only a very knowledgeable person of the site would know
