What is the Chocotravaganza Exchange?

I'm new and have no idea what the Chocotravaganza Exchange is. Can anyone lend a helping hand and tell me? It starts tomorrow so I'd like to know before then.

Well, here's how the past Chocotravaganza Exchanges worked:
When you feed creatures, you may find chocolates. However, you can't spend them in the prize shop! Instead you must gift them to other people, and you'll only be able to buy prizes for the chocolates that people have gifted to you.
That's pretty much it. The prizes will probably include some special creatures or travels only obtainable during the event.
