Something wrong with my side account?

I'm trying to move some creatures around and my side ( @hiddensecrets ) and it's got 307 creatures on it. The problem is that it says it's capacity is only at 300 so whenever I try to trade something it says that I can't except a trade (even for the same amount of pets) because it's over the limit.
I don't know how it got over it's apparent capacity or if it had cove expansions that glitched out, I have no idea.

Through your side and see the number it displays? I would recommend you expand it to 310-320

That's another place where it says that the max size is 300. If the max was always 300 then I don't understand how 7 extra creatures got on it in the first place? I really get them off of the account either because It wont let me trade.

This happens when you accept multiple trades at once. The system takes a moment to catch up with all the trades and you can end up going over your cove limit.

If you don't want to purchase more cove spaces and need help moving creatures off the account please send in a ticket and we will help you get things sorted out.

Thank you ^^ I don't remember accepting a lot of trades at once? That was also at least a year ago though so I suppose it could have happened, that makes sense.
