MapleClan resides in a large forest, the camp being located in a natural clearing with sturdy walls weaved between the few bushes growing around it. The leader’s den is located inside a hollowed tree, with a ledge on the top for meetings. The warriors den, closest to the entrance is woven out of bracken and vines, it is very large and water proofed. The apprentices den, located a little ways off from the warriors den, is secured inside a tree trunk much like the leader's den, but with a woven roof. The nursery is between the apprentice’s den and the rear edge of camp, it is woven much like the warriors den. The medicine cat’s den is woven between two bushes, with one serving as a herb storage and one for patients to rest. The elders den is between the leader’s den and the medicine den woven like the warriors.

MapleClan has resided in this forest for countless seasons, with rituals held at the Moon Aspen in a clearing just out of the edge of the territory. Small streams cross the territory allowing for the Clan to reach water. Small bands of rogues, and loners lurk outside the borders, and the forest has been known to house badgers and foxes as well as the occasional raccoon.

{Rules}

-One high position per person
-No mates or crushes with your own cats
-Keep genders even
-Your forms are how I judge your literacy, so keep things professional
-No unusually colored cats(keep cat colors normal), eyes are an exception
-No powers
-No sues or god-modding
-If a fight is started, it is possible your cat can die but there must be a fight first and approval
-Give all a fighting chance
-Side characters can be used by all, but only as NPC’s through your own posting, no direct controlling Side Characters
-Side characters cannot be given high positions
-Have fun and include everyone, don’t go on for more than 10 posts without another person interacting with another user’s character actively
-No unnecessary drama and yelling
-Be literate, try to post 3+ sentences per character used in each post, and avoid unnecessary caps locks and punctuation
-No detailed violence, birth or romance. Just keep everything forum appropriate
-If you have read and understood the rules put your character's favorite prey in other

Flamestorm looked around the Clan as the rain began to fall. She stood up, flicking her tail as she went underneath a rather large tree to escape the rain.

Shadow glanced up at the rain and pounced around in it, getting soaked. She splashed in puddles, enjoying herself until she began to feel cold. She pulled a large leaf off of a tree and pulled it above herself, yawning as sleep overtook her.

Frostpaw shook from excitement. She stretched and yawned her drowsiness away. Shifting from paw to paw, she looked around to see if anyone else was awake yet. Frostpaw's periwinkle eyes darted around the apprentices' den then back outside, longing to go out. Poking her head out, she strained to see into the Warrior's den. Frostpaw thought she saw the black tail of her father, but she wasn't sure.

Badgerpelt flicked his tail, awoken from rain drops falling on it. He got up, stretched, and trotted out of the den. Glancing at the fresh kill pile, his thoughts wondered to hunting. Badgerpelt caught sight of Flamestorn, gave a polite nod, and headed toward the entrance.

Drippaw wearily looked out onto the raining sky, he laid there waiting for the right moment to go and find more herbs soon. He watched as every drop of rain fell down boringly, he wondered where Suncloud is and what she's doing right now. Drippaw got up and decided he should get herbs soon so that the clan could be prepared for Leaf-bare.

Flamestorm watched Badgerpelt and smiled. She returned her gaze to a rabbit hopping away from camp. She sighed, wishing the Warriors were out hunting.

Shadow saw a frog and approached it carefully. She sniffed it and jumped as it hopped. She carefully struck it with her claws and carried it under the leaf as she ate it.

Badgerpelt padded out, trying to catch the scent of prey, but it was hard with the rain. Quietly, he crept through the forest. As he followed the scent of a shrew, he couldn't help but notice the leaves as they began to brighten with color. Finally, he caught sight of the shrew. Crouching down, he carefully snuck up behind and pounced. With a quick bite, Badgerpelt picked it up and headed back toward camp.

Suncloud was sorting the herbs. She sighs as the rain kept falling. "rain... Well it's wet, and I hate being wet! Hmm where's Drippaw? I wonder if he could get me some catmint."

Suncloud went back to sorting out herbs. She then decided to try to go out in the rain. "this is the worst idea I ever thought!"

Drippaw got up and started to walked around in the soggy ground, damping his fur. He was starting to look for Suncloud so he could see if she could use some help. He didn't mind the rain, but it made his fur weigh down a lot so it made it harder to walk.

Suncloud walks outside the medicine cat's den. The rain was pouring down on her. The feeling wasn't bad but it was soaking her fur. She tries to follow the Scent of Drippaw and finnaly took up a scent. Suncloud saw a frog. She wasn't much of a hunter, but went for it anyways. She strucked the frog but it hopped away before her claws touched it. "mouse dung!" Suncloud muttered.

Frostpaw came out of the apprentices' den, ready for action. She did her best to ignore the drops of rain falling on her head. She shook the water off her coat.

Badgerpelt placed the shrew in the pile and exchanged it for a sparrow. It was no robin, but it was still delicious. He was almost done when Frostpaw came up next to him. "Good morning. Have a nice sleep?" She nodded and glanced at the sparrow. "Yeah. Um, are you going to finish that?" Badgerpelt smiled, "Out of all the prey in the pile, you want my sparrow. Here you go." Frostpaw happily munched on the rest of the sparrow. "Thanks!"

Ravenpaw slipped out of the apprentices den and stretched away her exhaustion. She had taken to training late into the night prior to help her get better and more useful given her small size. Glancing around she spotted Flamestorm standing around.

Wolfwind exited the warriors den shaking out her thick pelt. For her the rain wasn't much of a bother and she actually found she enjoyed being out when it was raining.

She walked up to Flamestorm as the deputy sighed. "Am I scheduled for any patrols at the moment?" She asked.

Flamestorm shook her head. "No, I don't think so." She said and glanced towards where she saw the rabbit. "Although there are quite a few animals roaming near here you may want to bring back for food." She said returning her gaze back to Wolfwind.

Shadow padded into a rose bush and layed down, admiring MapleClan. She took a deep breathe, knowing she should go to the leader soon. She sat up, readying herself.

Dawnfox drowsily opened her eyes. The sound of constantly falling rain reached her ears and made her want to curl back up again. Fighting the urge, she rose to her paws and gave her back a stretch.

She padded out of the warrior''s den and up to Flamestorm. "I can help hunt."

Flamestorm smiled. "Yes, we need more warriors hunting." She said to Dawnfox. "Hurry though, before they leave."

Shadow heard speaking and slowly padded towards it. She listened and then took a deep breathe. She slowly walked towards Dawnfox, her ears flat against her head, and her head lowered. "E-excuse me. Where is your leader?"

Subcloud finnaly saw Drippaw and walks over to him. Her paws were making splashing noises on the ground as she moved. "thank goodness you're here Drippaw. I was wondering if you could help me find some cat mint" Suncloud told the medicine cat apprentice

"Ah, yes. I have sighted some prey nearby that you can hu-" she said and was interrupted by Shadow. "Why hello." She said unsure about how to react. The kit didn't look like a threat. "Hold on." She said to Badgerpelt and motioned for Shadow to follow her.

"Miststar?" Flamestorm called. "We have.... a kit.." she said.

Badgerpelt looked at the newcomer in suspicion. A kit, huh? He wonder what happened to its parents. He decided not to follow and give them privacy.

Frostpaw watched with excitement. She wanted to run up to them and greet them, but guessed that now wasn't the right time.

"I-I would like to become a part of this clan." She said nervously. "My parents passed away when I was really young. Then someone took care of me and then abandoned me. I have been alone for a while."

Dawnfox nodded at Flamestorm and turned to head out of camp. She glanced back at the kit once before walking into the forest. A new addition to the Clan...I'm sure Frostpaw will be happy about that.

She scented the air for prey, searching through the numerous late Greenleaf smells. Dawnfox caught the scent of a rabbit, and turned to follow it through a bush.

Drippaw turned around slowly looking at Suncloud. He finally found a thing to do today instead of lazily lounging around the camp.
"As will do," he replied in a tranquil voice. "Are we in short storage of it?" Drippaw waited for an answer, he had forgotten to check what was to be needed in the medicine cat's den.

Badgerpelt noticed Frostpaw slowly getting closer and closer to the leader den. "Frostpaw! Come here." Frostpaw glanced at the den a last time, and padded over to Badgerpelt. "Yes?" "I know you are excited but you need to give them some privacy." Frostpaw nodded, a bit disappointed. "Once everything is settled, I'm sure you can go say hi." Frostpaw brightened at this. She sat patiently. Badgerpelt smiled and turned to go hunt.

"we only have a few left. Might as well stock up". Suncloud answer. She seemed to get used to the rain now. "I think I know a spot where some catmint grows, follow me"
Suncloud walks slowly to the spot where catmint grows. She was walking slowly Because the rain was pouring down, soaking her fur.

Drippaw padded through the mud and pouring rain. He followed Suncloud slowly as he remembered about the upcoming season bringing green cough and white cough.
"What does catmint help us with?" he asked. Young as he is starting his apprenticeship a moon ago he still had a lot to learn.

"it's the best remedy to cure greencough and can also be used to cure whitecough" Suncloud explained. "kits and elders usually catch whitecough and greencough, so we must stock up to be careful" Suncloud picked up some catmint and gestured Drippaw to picked some too. She luckily found these catmints in the forest, not near twolegs, which she is grateful for.

Drippaw spotted a few cat mints when Suncloud showed him it. He grab some and nodded, understanding about cat mints. Hopefully no one has caught it yet. His mouth was a little full from grabbing the cat mint. He waved his tail towards the camp, signaling that he could go back to the camp so he could store the herbs.

Suncloud nodded. She decided to store th herbs too. Suncloud went back to the camp along with Drippaw. The rain was still pouring so her progress was a bit slower than usual. Hopefully her other herbs were in full stock. She still doesn't like the rain

Dawnfox emerged on the other side of the bush, her senses alert for any sign of the rabbit. The fronds shook and trembled around her, raindrops splashing onto her pelt. She twitched her nose as a raindrop fell onto it.

Focusing, Dawnfox noticed a flash of white underneath a far bush. It disappeared for a heartbeat and then a pink nose appeared. The rabbit... She crouched, and prepared to pounce.

Miststar nodded. "I will think it over. For now, I suggest you stick with Badgerpelt and he can work as your temporary mentor. I'd prefer you see how the Clan works from the inside for a few days. In three days time we will decide of you can join." Miststar started as he looked for the warrior.

"Badgerpelt!" He called out, as he spotted him.
