I gave Snowpaw a shake, trying to wake her up. Nothing happened. I hit her nose a little roughy, another attempt to her her up. This time Snowpaw's eyes opened softly as she wiggled her nose in discomfort. Almost right after opening her eyes, they filled with pain. "It hurts.." She hissed through her teeth.

{Waspclaw}
As I saw Snowpaw awake, I sighed in relief and left her to the care of the medicine cat. I looked up and scanned around for any sign of Blazestar. Someone would have to tell him about the fate his deputy met.

Applefur stepped back from Dovewing's body as Mossmask took her from him. He nodded before he walked beside her, offering a silent support to the greving warrior.

I narrowed my eyes at Blazestar, "I don't think anythings right right now, with the death of our warriors and dogs taking over our camp and all." I meowed cooly. Blazestar had picked his words poorly when he had said 'whats wrong'. I moved on, "But I do have some more grave news to tell you... or I guess you can take a look for yourself..." I flicked my tail an pointed it to the dead body of Ripplepelt behind me.

{Lavenderpaw}
I nodded and sprung away into the forest to look. Right as I headed off, I noticed Blazestar walking to the clan with some cat on his back.I didn't stay to see who the fallen warrior on his back was, I was worried about Snowpaw and knew I had to get herbs for her right away. I was confident in knowing what lavender looked like, as it seemed every time a clanmate saw lavender they had to crack a joke about her name. As for thyme, Lavenderpaw was less confident, but still positive she knew what it looked like. Lavenderpaw found a small clump of Lavender rather quickly and grabbed it into her jaws. But the thyme wasn't to be found as easily, as she walked deeper and deeper in unknown forest. She sent a silent prayer to StarClan that these woods were safe and she would be able to find her way back.

{Smoke}
I was laying up in an oak tree when I heard a twig snap beneath me. I looked down to see a young she-cat with white-silver-blue coat. Her fur was ragged and blood stained in a few placed.I assumed right away she was one of the clan cats. I had heard them yowling and I had heard the dogs this morning. /Have they been forced out of their home?/ I fluffed up my pelt in worry, /What if they are coming to settle on my land?/ But I calmed down a bit when I noticed the she-cat had lavender in her jaws, and seemed to be looking for something. /of course, she's just looking for herbs!/ Even though I really didn't like interacting with other cats, I knew I should help the she-cat. I slid down from my tree and called from a few fox lengths away. I didn't want to creep up and startle the poor cat, she'd been through enough for one day. "Hello? Are you looking for herbs?" I meowed. The she-cat spun around, her fur fluffed out, "Who are you?" She meowed quickly. "I'm Smoke. I live outside your clan's borders. I like to keep to myself, so that why you've never caught a glance of me before. Are you looking for herbs?" I repeated my question. The she-cat looked a bit startled, but nodded slowly, "W-would you happen to know where I could find some thyme?" She meowed. I nodded, "It's right past the lavender filed, follow me." I meowed, flicking my tail. The she-cat's mouth dropped open, her lavender nearly falling out. "Lavender FILED?" She meowed. I nodded, "Um yes... you can take more lavender if you like." The she-cats eyes filled with gratitude. "Thank you." She meowed.

{Snowpaw}
I nodded lightly. I didn't feel all there, but I understood what Ravenhallow said. There was a soft thump as the body of Snowpaw's father hit the ground a few tail lengths away from Snowpaw, his face pointed towards her's. She choked on a sob. She denied to be taken over by sorrow, so she let her self be taken over by rage. She pictured her self slicing to those dogs. /Soon.../ Then she caught a glance of Blazestar, and she started to think. /It's his fault! If he had called a retreat earlier, then Mouseclaw would'nt be dead!/ "It his fault.." Snowpaw hissed lightly under her breath, so silent no cat could hear, even to her it just sounded like a small breeze.

FallenSnow raced through the trees, jumping from branch to branch, she soon spotted a group of cats that were familiar, "there you guys are!" she lept down and stayed close, she kept her claws at the ready

MallowPaw raced for a tree, she slid under the roots and hid,
a started digging and snapping its jaws at her, she snarled and slashed her claws over its nose, it only seemed to make it more angry, she backed up against the wall, hoping the dog would not reach her.

Mossmoth took a look around, seeing who might be missing. She noticed Mallowpaw was missing from the crowd. "Who was with Mallowpaw last? Did anyone see where she went?" I called out in a worried voice. Mallowpaw was still a young apprentice. She would have no chance fighting a dog on her own.

FallenSnow looked taken back, "i saw her running towards here, i did not see a dog though, i can go back for her." she didnt want to wait for a response, she bolted through the tree branches, a branch was weak and it snapped, she fell to the earth on her paws but kept going, she soon found a dog digging at some roots, {A cat must be in there..} she swiftly came behind the dog and sank her teeth into its leg, she shook violently until the dog fell, she score her claws along the dogs soft belly fur, the dog yelped and ran barking loudly with its tail between her legs, "Mallowpaw??" she peeked inside

MallowPaw was relived to see that FallenSnow had driven the dog away, "Im here!" she mewed frightful, she hopped out and they came back to the border

FallenSnow swept her tail across mallowpaws flank, she sat on a frozen rock enjoying the coldness,

MallowPaw stayed close to her mentor "Im sorry..." she mewed

@thebrokenvibe @cooki @wolfplay245 Im sorry, but I listed that Silentfall mentor Mallowpaw. Fallensnow would have only been made a warrior within sometime during the last moon, so she would be to young to be a mentor to an apprentice who has been training for around a moon.

{Mossmoth}
Mossmoth calmed down as she saw Fallensnow return with Mallowpaw. neither seemed to be hurt. Mossmoth looked around, not sure how she could make herself useful.

{Smoke}
I lead Lavenderpaw through the lavender flied. She picked up so much lavender I was shocked she could carry it all. "Are you sure you need that much?" I meowed. The she-cat nodded. Through the mouthful she mewed, "Other cats in the clan may need it, its a good herb to have around." I went to the rocky overhang just beyond the lavender. I enjoyed laying on the overhang because looking down everything seemed so small. I grabbed a bunch of thyme from a bush and filled with my jaws with as much as I could. "Come on," I mumbled through my mouthful of herbs, "I'll help you take these herbs back."

{Lavenderpaw}
I nodded and lead the strange she-cat to where the clan was resting I dropped the herbs by Ravenhallow, and the strange she-cat did the same.

{Smoke}
I looked around, I could feel all of the cats eyes on me. I felt very uncormtable.. "I-I was just helping one of your apprentices carry back some herbs.. i'm sorry if i've disturbed anyone..." I mewed shyly.

FallenSnow seemed pleased, she closed her eyes and rested on the cold rock, her tail had fluffed up to look like a leamurs tail, one paw was under her while the other was keeping her steady on the rock,[[not asleep]] she was always happy, al,ost never sad, she couldnt stay sad for very long,

MallowPaw lay down, a small tear fell from her shimmering eyes, those poor cats..... dead... her fur rose and her tail fluffed, she lay her head down and thought..

I stared at the strange black and brown she-cat that came into camp with Lavenderpaw. It was easy to see the she-cat was uneasy. "its alright, you've disturbed no one, and i'm sure we are all greatful for the mass amount of herbs you helped Lavenderpaw bring back. We need as many herbs as we can get before the cold kills them all. I assume you're a rouge that lives around here then?"

{Smoke}
I nodded at the tom who spoke to me. "Um yes, my names Smoke. I live just a little ways from here." I meowed, careful to not give away the direction of where I lived or anything like that, I was still wary.

{Lavenderpaw}
As I dropped my lavender by the medicine cat, I noticed the body of the cat Blazestar had carried back, and I now recongized it as my father. I stood there still in shock for a moment, and choked down a sob, looking at his blood stained fur. I forced myself to rip my eyes away for a moment;but then I looked back at his dead body. I simply walked up, laid beside in, and pushed in nose into his fur, morning.

FallenSnow opened her eyes again and looked around, she was mouseclaw on the ground lifeless, "poor lavenderpaw.. snowpaw.." she thought she looked at her paws, they were white and fluffy.. she licked them and lay her head down thinking about all who have fallen..

Mallowpaw padded over and brushed her tail against snowpaws shoulder "im sorry.." she mewed quietly, she couldnt lay her eyes on the dead cat,

I felt Mallowpaw's tail on my shoulder and heard her mew, but I was looking sadly at Lavenderpaw, who was laying beside our dead father, her eyes filled with sorrow. "You should comfort Lavenderpaw.. she needs it more." I meowed softly, thinking of my sister, No doubt she would be taking the loss harder then I was.

I started blankly to my father body, hearing Mallowpaw's mew. "He was the only parent I had left." I choked out in a half sob, "Mother already left..and now he's gone.."

"i know they want me to be happy but... that doesn't stop the hurt." I mewed softly. Mallowpaws words comforted me somewhat, and I rest my chin onto my paws, taking comfort in Mallowpaws presence beside me as her fur brushed against mine. "At least I still have Snowpaw..."

MallowPaw tried to smile but found it impossable, fallensnow makes it look so easy.... she wanted to say nothing more, "positive thinking is good.." she mewed laying her head on her paws.

FallenSnow watched at her apperentice comforted lavenderpaw, she smiled "Well done.." she whispered just for her to hear,

Ravenhallow gratefully took the herbs from Lavenderpaw and set to making a poltice for Snowpaw's wound, wrapping it in some cobwebs before are pulled a few tansy leaves and some of the lavender placing them on a nearby leaf, sliding them in front of Snowpaw.

"Eat these, after that you can sleep for a little while. Just know you won't be moving around a whole lot until you are for healed. You received a very nasty bite." She explained.

She stretched and set to looking for anymore injured and bounded towards her father, dread setting into her belly as she realized he was scarcely breathing.

I nodded and looked around to see which cats I would have go with me if the missing cats didn't show up soon. He decided to take Wolfwind and Fallensnow, he knew that was a small patrol, but there wasn't very many able warriors left, and he didn't want to bring any of the apprentices out, as it was too dangerous for them.

{Mossmoth}
I padded up to Waspclaw, hearing what Blazestar had said, "I could help you look for the missing cats." I meowed. Waspclaw glanced at me and meowed firmly, "No Mossmoth. You're to weak right now, you won't be any good if we get attacked by the dogs again, stay here." I hissed and turned to Blazestar in vain, "Blazestar, tell him i'm fine to help out!" I ended my meow with a slight cough, I choked the rest of my cough down, not wanting to seem weak.

{Snowpaw}
I nodded and ate the herbs. I laid their, useless. Bored, I flexed my claws, unflexed, and flexed them again. I prayed I would get stronger soon, I had a battle to fight.

{Smoke}
Any cat that had been paying attention to me was doing something else by now, all of them distracted with their own things. I slowly started to slink away, hoping to leave unnoticed.

FallenSnow nodded, she stood tall and her longly long furred tail swept some leaves away, her ears perked and swerved towards smoke, and turned her head to look at the cat, she seemed to be leaving, hmm.. she has a right to leave if she wants, (she thought) FallenSnow waited to go with the patrol,

MallowPaw stood up and climbed up a tree, she rested on a thick brance, her claws dung into the tree, keeping steady.

Before I left, I looked back at the clan. Dead and injured cats everywhere, no one was really okay. /I can't just leave without helping.../ But I felt awkward standing there with cats I didn't know. So I slunk away into their part of the forest, deciding to look the missing cats.

I sniffed around for the scent of the clan cats, but it was hard for me to scent anything over the layers of dog and fear scent.

Greentail and Willowpelt could tell they were getting really close to the rest of their clan's survivors and continued forward, silent as they were both grieving too much for the death of Dovewing to even try to fill the suffocating silence.

.•°Mossmask°•.
Mossmask said nothing to Applefur but sincerely appreciated him accompanying her as she grieved, she could smell Greentail and Willowpelt up ahead, she was glad to know that she still had them, and that they hadn't been forced away from her too.

Even further ahead Mossmask could smell where the rest of her clan mates where taking refuge for the moment. Eventually she looked up at Applefur and met his green eyes for a moment and said a quiet, "Thank you." Before looking back down.

I approached Wolfwind and was about to ask them to join the patrol, when I heard something distant rustle a bit and scented approaching cats. I walked a little toward the scent and peered through the trees, seeing the outline of most of the missing cats. I turned to Blazestar, "I can see Greentail, Willowpelt, Mossmask, and Applefur coming..." I swallowed as I saw they where bringing a body, I could just make out the pelt of Dovewing, "..and they're bringing Dovewing. That just leaves..." I paused, pondering for a moment, "Quicksilver."

{Smoke}
I walked along looking for any cats the had been fallen when I noticed a large group of cats pass by. I stayed hidden from them and counted. There was still one missing. I was tempted to just leave back to my own land but I knew I had to help these unfortunate cats, so I went deeper into DuskClan forest, looking for the last missing cat. After a little while of walking around, most likely going in circles a few times, I spotted a silver and brown she-cat carrying a dead body. A shiver went down my spin as I got a look at the she-cats rather scary looking scars. I was rather confused, because there was only supposed to be one more missing cat. /Maybe I counted wrong?/ I still approached wary. "H-Hello... um the clan cats are missing a few cats, they're about to send out a group to search for them, would you and...them, be the cats they're missing by any chance?"

Blazestar relaxed, as he watched the group of cats come into view. Although he dug his claws deep into the dirt as he realized his mother was not among them. "But Quicksilver is not among them." He muttered before he turned to the Clan still by him. Regardless of whether or not his mother was there he had a Clan to lead.

"Waspclaw, can you make sure the rest of the Clan knows where we are?" He asked, "And see if they need anymore help with anything?"

I nodded quickly and ran off to where I saw them, it only took me a few moment to get to them. "Hey, we were about to go out looking for you. I can lead you back to where everyone has settled for now." As I lead them back to the clan, I asked, "Has anyone of you seen Quicksilver?"

{Smoke}
I nodded, feeling confused. This cat was saying the other was her mother... so that must have meant she was born into the clan. And if she was saying that she could'nt show her face to the clan, she must have done something bad. My eyes struggled to stay off her scars. I didn't ask her anything, not wanting to get tangled in clan matters. She didn't seem nasty or dangerous at the moment, and that was good enough for me. "I'm sorry for your loss." I meowed. "I can take her back to where the clan cats have settled for now."

FallenSnow set off looking for other cats, she could hear a dog in the distance.. of wha the thiught was one, the noise of the creature was so loud it must be one, she headed towards the noise downwind, she almost yowled when she was a big brute dog trudging through the twigs and leaves, it seemed to be heading towards were the clan was meeting, she leaped onto its back with out hesitating, she hissed and clawed its spine, the dog yelped and twisted its head to snap the cats neck, before the dog reached her, she had jumpe off and ran through the forest, opposite from were the clan was meeting, the dog chased, barking loudly and snapping its teeth, it was so close to her tail.. she came to a small ledge thta led to a lake, she sped faster then bounded over the ledge into the lake, the dog skidd to a halt but tipped over and fell aswell, fallensnow soon resurfaced and gasped for air, she knew how to swim and she can swim well, she started paddling to a root that led back up the ledge, she climbed it then laid on the ledge, she was soaked and freezing, then she noticed the dog had not resurfaced.. it must have drowned.. poor thing.. she returned to the meeting, giving small quiet but deep coughs, she shivered

MallowPaw noticed her mentor and ran to her, "Are you ok??" she started lapping her toung at her soaked mentors pelt, she was freezing, she could get whitecough.. or worse.. she called for ravenhollow with a long edgy meow, she contenuied licking,

I was laying down like Ravenhallow had told me when something struck my mind, and I remembered that my former clanmate Viperfang had joined in on the fight with the dogs. I remembered that she fought well, and for her extra paws, that may have been the only reason I wasn't dead, I glanced at Blazestar, then looked away, growling at myself. /I'm in Viperfangs debt/ I hated owning others, but I could'nt ignore it. I choose to not tell anyone that I saw her.
