Yes, this is perfectly normal. If you look on the front page of this topic on the first post you'll see the Clicks Queue (in bold). It's basically just a line of who has ordered what first. As you can see you're currently fourth on the list. The three orders before yours will be completed before your order will be completed.
As the Clicks (in italics) section of the first post details, Clicks evolution orders have to be completed one at a time, thus the need for a queue.
Your order will be completed soon ^u^
