Gravity Falls: signups and planning

Hey guys!

I haven’t seen a lot of Gravity Falls roleplays around here, so I decided to make my own. By the way, there’s a reason why I didn’t name this roleplay ‘Gravity Falls’ and just let everyone start, and that is something I will explain right now.

This roleplay starts off with the same beginning as the actual Gravity Falls television series, but there’s a difference. Your character will get the chance to meet and befriend Dipper and Mabel and follow their misadventures as they explore the paranormal town of Gravity Falls, or they can head off into the wilderness and begin an amazing adventure of their own. The choice is up to you, the roleplayer!

Seeing as new characters will be added to the series, the whole plot is likely to change into something entirely different. I’ll explain the rules later. Also, the Bill Cipher wheel has a lot more than just 12 slots like in the tv series. This is just for the sake of roleplaying. I’m going to explain the rules now, when you agree to join you are actually entering Gravity Falls, so FOR GOD SAKE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON’T DROP OUT WITHOUT WARNING!!!!! You will have to tell either me or @foreigners so that we can roleplay them for you until you return. You’ll have to agree to this before you join, so if you didn’t read the introduction and missed this point, don’t report us for it, okay?

Here are some rules:
• No more than five characters per person.
• You must fill out the form to join.
• NO DROPPING OUT WITHOUT WARNING!!!!
• Remember to ping people when you post.
• Try and stick to the events of the Gravity Falls series while you roleplay. You CAN change them, but don’t let them just switch on their own!
• Anyone who begins must have already watched AT LEAST THREE episodes of Gravity Falls FROM THE START, or read the transcripts or the plotlines from the Wiki. This is so that you know what is going on in the roleplay and who all the characters are.
• THIS IS A PLANNING AND DISSCUSSION THREAD SO PLEASE DON’T ROLEPLAY HERE.
• Be sure to post regularly.
• Have fun!

By the way, Bill Cipher is a HUMAN. Alright? Is everyone okay with that? Yes?

I will be roleplaying as the non- canon characters (especially Dipper and Mabel) until someone starts claiming them, so that’s why I don’t need to make a form. When I make an OC, that will come later. ❤️

Name: Dipper
Age: 12
Gender: Male
Appearance: He wears a brown hat with a star, later to be replaced by a blue and white hat with a pine tree. Also, a red shirt, blue vest, and grey shorts. Dipper's hair is scruffy and brown that covers his birthmark of the Big Dipper.
Personality: Dipper is basically the opposite of his sister, Mable. He is awkward around others and can be antisocial. However, what he lacks in social skills, he makes up in smarts. He is also curious and adventurous. Dipper has a self confidence issue as well and is self conscious. He can also be paranoid and has trust issues, especially after reading the warning "Trust No One!" from Journal 3.
History: Raised in Piedmont, California, Dipper is 5 minuets younger than Mable. A huge part of his childhood is when his mom would dress him in a lamb costume and he would preform the "Lamby Lamby Dance." At a young age, he was bullied for his birthmark, which is how he got his nick name "Dipper", until he started hiding it.
Reason for coming to Gravity Falls: His parents sent him, along with Mable, to visit their Grunkle Stan to get some fresh air.
Other: Although he doesn't want to admit it, Dipper has a crush on Wendy. Furthermore, he has an obsession of finding the author of the journals and discovering the secrets of Gravity Falls.
