"Okay," Ravenpaw replied. She padded off into the forest.(the clan is in a forest right?) Soon after she spots some movement and then sees a white flash. A snow hare she thought. She pounces quickly and kills it with a swift bite to the neck. She buries it at the base of a nearby tree and will come back for it later.(gotta go bye)

Mythstar woke to see the commotion, she saw a new strange cat close to Fawnkit and walked up "WHO are you? and why are you so close to Fawnkit?" She demanded, as fawnkit was, well just a kit, she didn't want her getting in trouble or injured...

On the other side of the tree Ravenoaw finds a small hole. She starts to dig down into it and finds a small family of mice. She quickly makes her kill and buries them with the snow hare.

Leafshade fluffed her fur against the chilly air. She padded out into the clearing, stretching each of her legs in turn. Looking around, she spotted a small ray of pure sunlight. She lay in it, waiting for (who in the world is the deputy) to give her something to do.

Just a few more, Ravenpaw thought. As she's looking around she spots a vole and slowly creeps towards it. As she approaches she pounces and kills it quickly. Time to go back to camp, Ravenoaw decided. As she pads back to camp, she picks up on movement in the bushes. As she turns toward the bushes to investigate she here's a growl.

An arctic fox leaped out of the bushes and onto Ravenpaw. She yowled for help as she was knocked off her feet.

Shadowclaw gasped as he too leapt onto the Arctic fox, digging his claws into the creatures fur.

Ravenpaw regained her footing as Shadowclaw dragged the arctic fox off of her. She hissed and clawed at it, but before she hit it, the fox fled in terror.

"Okay, thanks Shadowclaw," Ravenpaw said. As they padded back to camp, " I almost forgot my prey." Ravenpaw walks, limping slightly from the scratches on her leg, back to the tree where she buried the hare, mice, and vole. "This is what I had," she tells Shadowclaw.

Leafshade tilted her ears. Did someone just shriek? She looked around in alarm and stood up. Leafshade heard pawsteps returning to camp.

"Oh, StarClan what happened?" Leafshade noticed their scratches. "Go see Twigdapple. Might be in the medicine den. I'm not sure. Do you need anything, Shadowclaw?"

"Alright, thanks. On my way!" Leafshade called over her shoulder as she padded out of camp, jaw parted, searching for any prey. She headed for an open patch and stopped. This would be the perfect time to sneak up on something! Leafshade waited until a mouse scurried out of hiding beneath the frozen ground. She watched as it munched on a nut from its cache. She lowered to the ground and let her tail fall justoverthe ground. Leafshade held her breath and crept up on the mouse. Once she got close enough, she pounced on her unsuspecting prey and killed it with a swift bite to the neck. @valleries1

twigdapple padded out of her den and gasped "what happened ravenpaw?!?!" "come in and lay down for a second!" :i'll get you some herbs" twigdapple was panicking there were so many fox attacks going on!

(sorry for late replies I just woke up, iv'e been sleeping since 1:30)

"Thanks Twigdapple," Ravenpaw replied gratefully. As Ravenpaw stepped inside the medicine den she slowly sank to the ground and instantly fell asleep.

twigdapple chuckled a bit "i guess you don't need any poppy seeds" twigdapple continued to examine the wound adding some marigold to keep from infection and some cobwebs to stop any bleeding. "when she wakes up i'll have to ask her about her health" murmured twigdapple laying down near her checking again to see if she had any other wounds.

Later Ravenpaw wakes up to the moon shining through into the medicine cat den. When she looks towards the place where Twigdapple keeps the herbs, she is standing there. Twigdapple notices Ravenpaw has awakened.

Ravenpaw staggers to her feet but notices the pain in her legs is gone. "I'm a lot better, thanks Twigdapple," Ravenpaw replies.
