Pmd idea

I have this idea do some of you reading this like rng taking your chances? Because I got this plan I have recently discovered/found this website where 6-1 random Pokémon are selected. So I need help making a plot.

Here's the rules to the rng well for this rp...
Any Pokémon goes yes that means ledgendarys
6 Pokémon will be randomly pulled out.
You can choose specific type(s) 3 to be exact. Like you want a fire type the other to are random. Or you want two types only one is fully random. You can select them all the same type for easy stuff (Can't do it for dragon types since ALOT of ledgendarys are in that category.)
You can have multiple characters.
Accept what you have.
I know I'm repeating this but help me devolp a plot.
All Pokémon go to first stage (I don't like power playing)
We can evolve just ask.
1 reroll or 1 region only for a better chance of getting the Pokémon.

The Pokémon world is in chaos... Ruled by death and fear... Few guilds remains... Ledgendarys are shadows of their former selfs (Amnisia and are very weak) some are even killed for Pokémon thinking they caused this... Pokémon going feral turning into savage monsters... Many pray for this suffering to end but it doesn't come...


Also what you want I need info or all rng
(Note: Only 2-0 of our Pokémon/Puppets can be human turned Pokémon.)
