Fresh Spring Flowers?

Browsed through the Cash Shop Park today 'cuz I was still thinking about getting an Easter CC travel and noticed this: http://eggcave.com/cashshop/travels/3249

I could've sworn that travel hadn't been there yesterday, and it wasn't shown or mentioned in the blog post either. Also, unlike the other CC travels, Fresh Spring Flowers is only r99.

Anyone got a clue about what's going on here? 😱
