Last night, I traded 300 cc for Tekn the Rivet (my profile creature.) because the seller said it was frozen. It did not come frozen. not really sure what I should do now...

The only thing you can do...hold you head high and show that faulty seller what your made of. Yes Red blood cells and more but pride and kindness. and that you will not retaliate, you will deal with it and earn that cc back.@jellifysh

I saw that too, I was trying to offer on the same Rivet the other day. They did say that it was frozen, which... apparently is a lie.

If I were you, I would just submit a ticket letting them know what happened and give a few details or whatnot. I'm sure (if they could) try their best to prevent it from happening in the future. If the scammer gets away successfully, they'll probably just try this "trick" again with someone else. All bad. The good part is, you'll know to check next time 😃
