I don't understand the Oasis...

I've visited the Leila Oasis hundreds of times and nothing appears. Does anyone know how to obtain things from it?

Very rarely do eggs appear, I've only seen one myself. You just need to keep checking and hope that one day you'll see a creature there

Check the Endangered area of the Archives. All endangered creatures end up at the Oasis.

It does. Every time you go to the Oasis, you have a chance of getting a creature if one is there. The more you check, the more chances you have of finding a creature.
