So on my Eartha [probably on some others of mine but only paid attention to this one yesterday] said it had + however many views but it did not gain those views.

Earlier today when I last checked and remember because I told a friend that was freaked out about not being able to tell in a day how many views a critter has gotten and being afraid to over evolve them that they actually show how many views that are gotten when they are gotten in the blue +the number.

Well my Eartha said it had +1,203. It already had 3,829.
It should say it has 5,032 [technically more since pretty sure it gained more since I sent that message] but anyways. It says that my Eartha only has 3,856 ;-;

@immortalraven views update at 12:00 AM instead of 4:00 AM like before. Are you still noticing that this is a problem? I'm not seeing anything that would be causing views to be calculated or added incorrectly.

I know they update at 12 now.
I can't tell. I have been watching this critter still and it gains some views throughout the day.
Like not only in the + however much views but on the actual critter.
I actually got a notification that a few critters that took views evolved at around 11 am one day.
Casp doesn't gain all the views that the blue + says though throughout the day.
But it's hard to tell now how much it should have at the end of the day.

@immortalraven Hi there! Here's how this is supposed to be working, although it's possible that there are bugs. Here's the expected behavior. If you can, please tell me how what you're seeing is differing than the behavior below:

1. In version 3, the "views" you see in your Cove and on your creature profiles is LIVE VIEWS, including today's. "Live" means the count is updated every 3 minutes.

2. In version 3, the blue secondary views number in your Cove and on your creature profiles is TODAY'S VIEWS. Live views includes this number.

3. At midnight ECT (12:00 AM), today's views "reset" in that the IP addresses that have viewed your creature are cleared, so that they can begin generating new views again.

What are you noticing differs in this behavior? Please let me know. Ping back with your findings.

Ok so views are live kinda like the other stats except updated every 3 minutes is what you are saying?
Guess I read the what's new thing wrong, sorry >.< I thought it said views weren't live and that critters that take views to evolve wouldn't evolve til 12 am o-o

The blue thing I still don't quite understand. Is the critter supposed to gain all of them? Or does it count repeats and just say how many times it was viewed even if from same people? And that the live views are the only thing the critter is actually gaining?

If the critter isn't supposed to gain all the views from the blue thing I guess it is right. Version 2 I just gained more views on a critter in a day so kinda confusing.
