Improper Immortalization (stats have dropped)

So yesterday I got a notification that two of my creatures had become immortal:

I recached my creature images just in case and saw that they were indeed over level 2000.

Then I checked back today and saw that they were mortals again. Here's a screenshot of one of them. Notice how she is under level 2000 yet still has an immortalization date, and I recached before taking the screenshot.

Also, the stats on this creature at the time of the screenshot add up to 5912, which is less than the 6000 needed for her to be immortal. That indicates the stats somehow dropped.

I don't know whether my creatures did become immortal after all, and if they did, stats dropping without the use of a rebirth potion is a serious bug. If they did not become immortal yesterday, they are stuck with an incorrect immortalization date on their profile, and stats are being displayed and/or counted incorrectly.

I also really want the dates on their profiles to be correct... ;_;

Sounds like a bug to me, because I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.

@lykhaos117 @gamekatt101 there was a bug that caused immortalization to improperly trigger. This has now been fixed.

I've also cleared the immortalization dates for both of these creatures. If there's anything else, please submit a ticket. Topic closed.
