Oscoa value (and what's the better trade)?

So I currently have a frozen, "child" stage oscoa UFT. I was curious what the value was, and I was offered either a Mummar or a Crystar for it. I want both equally (as they're wishlist pets for me), so which would be the better offer? 😊
