Amber summoned vines from the ground around her and they binded Hector, but he broke free and threw a ball of fire at her. She dodged, but he kept throwing more, as it missed Amber eveyrtime. She sent a wave of plants at Hector, and he tried to mov but couldnt；he looked down to see plants snaking up his ankles. He growled, but amber judged shrugged. Hector sent a flame out of his mouth, and the plants immediately caught fire. She attempted to grab some of the water from the streams nearby to out it out, and half succeeded. She kept doing it until the flames were extinguished. When hector wasn't looking, amber aimed a ball of water at him, and because he was a fire giant, he was knocked out cold. The teacher praised her, and the crowd cheered; Amber felt her cheeks glow red.
"Can't judge someone by size, can't ya?" She said.

Evan was witnessing brawls in the classroom; this isn't an ordinary school, he thought. The witch teacher was giving praises and congratulations to the winners. Odd. Maybe he could find a fight of his own, it looked quite fun.

Elvira looked around the halls as she followed Nathan, when something on the ceiling caught her eye. She saw a strange creature and stopped, admiring as it disappeared before her eyes. "What is that?" She muttered quietly, trying to figure out where the creature went and not noticing as Nathan left her behind..

Right before he fell asleep, 2 teenagers walked past him. The guy didn't bat an eye at him, but the girl following him watched Evan blend in. This sparked his curiosity, so Evan started following the two, him on the ceiling. curious what else lies in this school, nothing could hinder his exploration.

Elvira stopped staring at the ceiling as she couldn't find the interesting creature anymore, and noticed that Nathan was already far ahead, watching her from down the corridoor. She caught up, muttered 'sorry' and followed him into a classroom where most Vampires were seated, discussing their favourite blood types.

Evan kept tracking the two, and they walked into another classroom. Odd, every student had surprisingly pale skin, including the two teenagers. They were talking abou- THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT BLOOD! Evan got scared, and instinctually jumped down, landing on the girl's neck, Evan's skin a bright red.

Elvira felt something on her neck and insinctively reached up to pull whatever it was off of her. She looked at it and saw the creature that she had seen on the ceiling earlier, but now it was a bright red colour. Nathan glanced over at her and saw the strange creature, leaning over her shoulder to take a closer look. "That's a chamelion." He said, speculating it. "You should leave it alone."

Elvira shook her head and sat down on the floor. She stroked the chamelion and smiled slightly. "It's funny but cute. I won't leave it alone. It looks scared." Elvira continued to stoke him and Nathan sighed, sitting down beside her but taking no more notice of Elvira's new companion.

Evan, expecting shrieks and eww-get-it-off-me's, surprisingly wasn't ridiculed at all (except by the guy a bit). The girl, however, plucked Evan off her neck and started petting him. The petting shocked him a little, and he shot a web right into the guy's eye. Evan felt ashamed and turned a light blue, but the petting continued. Evan quite liked it.

(don't blame me for the long post, when it comes to rp I go extreme)

Rubber duck jumped around the hallways. Ducky landed on a boy's shoulder, without him noticing. He looked around until he saw his class number. He jumped off, making a quacking sound like all other rubber ducks. Others in the class gave him stares. Ducky didn't understand why; he was just a walking (well, he jumps) talking (he prefers to quack) rubber duck.

Amber was paired up with a girl who was wearing all black next. "Laura, this is Amber, a new student," the teacher of the class said. Amber walked up to her and shook hands. "Hello," Laura said, then smiled. They walked back to their spots. The teacher gave a nod meaning they could start. Amber raised her hands, and vines sprouted out of the ground. Laura shot a ball of bright blue energy with an indigo core. Amber created a shield of plants, but as the ball of energy hit it, it created a light explosion that penetrated it. She sent more vines to attack, and Laura started running around the field, and she turned into a creature. Soon, Amber was faced towards a black wolf with glowing yellow eyes, long, pointed antlers and sharp claws and fangs. It stood still for a moment, in a sitting position where its head was faced downwards. Its eyes and antlers glowed for a second, and then stopped. But Amber then found herself unable to move, and the wolf creature charged at her, knocking her back. She rubbed her arm as she got up. Ok, so the paralysis thing stops after the attack, that's good and not good at the same time, Amber thought. If only there was a way to stop it, then I would be on the upper hand. She kept thinking, but nothing came to mind.

Laura was battling a new girl, her name was Amy? Or was it Ambra? She didn't quite catch it. She was pretty good for the first day, but Laura knew a lot more things than she did. She turned into a giant bat with ears and the tips of its wings ending in a bright blue, hot flame. She opened her mouth and fire shot out, but the other girl dodged. She stopped for a couple of seconds, looking at her. Laura figured she was thinking. She brought her hands upward, and thrust them backwards, and suddenly Laura was drenched in water and the flames were extinguished. But she got up and with a flap of her wings, they were brought back up. She aimed fireballs at the new girl, but again she dodged them. One of them landed on one of her vines and caught fire. She brought water up to put it out, and then aimed more at Laura. She was soaked, but regardless, she charged at her from the air, knocking the other girl back. Suddenly, Laura was tied up with vines and was being squeezed. When she was out of breath, she turned back to a human and collapsed onto the ground. When more vines came for her, she turned into a black cat and jumped on top of them and towards safety. There, she began to regain her health, blue sparks appearing out of the air around her were absorbed into her body. Laura turned back into a wolf, and bound the other girl with telekinesis, and charged, knocking her out. Human again, Laura smiled, defending her role as best of the class.

Angelina
Angelina rushed to class. It was Dueling class, and she was almost late! Fortunately, she got there in time. The Dueling arena was a big outdoor field, where students were already pairing themselves up. Angelina looked around, and tapped a girl on the shoulder.
"Hi, do you want to be my dueling partner?" Angelina asked hopefully.
The girl smiled slightly. She had long brown hair, and was at least half a foot taller than Angelina. "Sorry, Laura's already my partner."
"That's fine," Angelina replied, and walked away. You had to turn up early in Dueling to get a good partner! Suddenly, she was knocked over by another girl in her tracks. The strange girl who came out of nowhere had white-blue hair and was wearing a huge swim team hoodie. "Oops! Sorry!" the girl exclaimed immediately. "Are you okay? I knocked you over by accident!" she held out a hand to help.
Angelina sat up, rubbing a giant lump forming on her head. "Oww...yeah i'm okay," she replied, standing up. The courtyard was spinning, and people were coming to look. Angelina shook her head a few times, then walked to a dueling circle. "Do you want to be my dueling partner?" she asked the girl.
"Sure!" the girl said. "By the way, i'm Neriya. What's your name?"
"Angelina," Angelina replied, smiling.
"Alright, students!" the teacher barked. "On your marks, get set, DUEL!"
All around the courtyard, magic erupted. The girl with long brown hair Angelina had seen earlier was conjuring walls of vines, and one girl had turned into a bat. Neriya clapped her hands together, as if applauding, and two horses leapt out of the ground next to her. The horses were strangely made of water, and had fish tails instead of hindquarters. They stamped their front hooves and whinnied angrily. Neriya whistled shrilly, and the horses advanced, charging towards Angelina. Quickly, Angelina leapt into the air and flew high above the courtyard. She flapped her wings once, and the horses were blown back by a wave of heat. The tail of one horse was starting to smoke and dissolve, but it reformed quickly. Neriya was certainly good at dueling! Angelina flew up over the courtyard, and dove straight towards the ground. Many students screamed, although she had done it many times already. Just before Angelina hit the ground, she started to change. Her face elongated into a snout, and her ears grew to ten times their size, with flames at the tips. Angelina's legs and arms then became paws with black 'socks', and she leapt screeching into the air as a fire fox. Neriya called the water of the fountain again, and became a white-blue water wolf covered in a swirl pattern. Wolf Neriya growled and charged at Fox Angelina. Angelina ducked aside and screeched at Neriya, letting loose a fireball from the tip of her tail. The fireball hit Neriya's snout, which dissolved into smoke but regained quickly. Neriya howled, and charged Angelina. However, Angelina dodged due to her size advantage, and ran towards the border of the ring. Both animals then charged each other, and there was an explosion of smoke and screeching. After the smoke cleared, Angelina and Neriya had become humans again, but Neriya's hoodie and jeans were covered in scorch marks. Angelina didn't look much better, her hair and wings gave off the smell of acrid smoke, and her shoes were sopping wet.. Seeing each other, Neriya and Angelina immediately began laughing. They looked ridiculous! "Well, off to the next class then," Neriya exclaimed, grinning. She whistled, and the horses melted into puddles, and quickly disappeared.

Laura saw two other girls, one who appeared to be a mermaid. She waved hi and continued to next class. The girl she fought caught up to her. "I suppose you remember me?" Laura nodded. "What's your name again?" She asked. "Amber" the other girl said, shaking her hand.

Neriya walked up to her dorm with Angelina to change her hoodie, which made her look a bit like a burnt potato. Neriya peeled a blue cardigan with a zizgag pattern out of her bag and opened the dorm room. There were already bags on one of the beds, and the tall girl with brown hair and the werewolf girl were already there.
"Hi!" Angelina chirped. "You're our new roommates?"
"Yeah," the werewolf girl replied. "We moved in your pets for you from the office. She smiled, exposing long, wolf-like canines.
"Thanks!" Neriya replied. "What are you're names again?"
The tall, brown haired fairy spoke up. "I'm Amber, and that's Laura. We're part fairy and werewolf, respectively." "Cool!" Neriya exclaimed. "Im a mermaid and Angelina's a fire fairy." Casting a quick spell, she mended the burnt hoodie and threw it into the hamper. Neriya's pet hippocampi swam happily in a large, wall-length tank and Angelina's perched on the windowsill, enjoying the sunlight.

Evan saw a rubber duck hop onto a boy's shoulder. Not really thinking, he shot a web at it. It shot back to him. Evan really had no idea what he was doing, so he put the rubber duck on its back.

Amber was happy with her new roommates, they were really nice. She placed her items around the dorm. It was large and lacy and fancy, and by the looks on Laura's face she didn't like it. She took a slip of paper from a notepad and wrote something on it, then placed it on a board. It caught flames and the ashes disappears midair. "What was that?" Amber asked. "I just sent a note saying that I want my part of the dorm to be more, you know, like me" she replied. When it was lunchtime, the girls had used all the paper on the notepad and they were enjoying their dorm like never before. "This is the life," Amber said, as an iPad appeared in front of her that was sent from the office.

Angelina:
Angelina was having fun in her new dorm room. It was big and fancy, with fancy, laced canopy beds and a little waterfall with a pond by Neriya's side. However, Laura didn't seem to like the lace. She sliced it off with her long nails, and shredded up the fancy little jimjams on her pillow. "Lace makes me itch." Angelina giggled and sat down on her own bed, bringing out the magic notepad from home. She wrote to remove all lace from Laura's side (Laura's idea), to add some more aquarium decorations for the hippocampi (Neriya's idea), to make her furniture orange and red instead of solid pink (her idea), and to plant some more shrubs and trees in the dirt border around the room (Amber's idea). She pinned the paper up on the board and swiped across it. The paper burst into flames and was sent to the office.

Neriya
Saturday morning was swimming class. Neriya, Angelina, and Amber shivered on the cold marble floor, but Laura didn't seem to mind.
"Cold doesn't bother me," she explained, when they gave her questioning looks. Neriya looked down at the pool. It was very deep, but the water was clean and gave the appearance of a rippling mirror. The other students sat on the diving board, dipped their feet into the pool, or had already started swimming. Neriya went to the deep end and slid into the pool. Instantly, her legs became a tail and she could breathe underwater.
"Guys," come on! "It's not that cold," Neriya begged swimming to the wall.
"Easy for you to say, you're a mermaid," Angelina teased, backing away from the edge as Neriya jokingly lifted her tail up to splash..
Neriya rolled her eyes and gestured like an orchestra conductor. Instantly, three shining bubbles appeared in front of the girls.
"Each of you inhale these bubbles, and you'll be able to breathe underwater."
Tentatively, they inhaled the bubbles and jumped into the pool. Splash! Amber surfaced first.
"Wow!" she exclaimed with wide eyes. "Those bubbles actually work!"

Amber felt the cold water, but for some reason she didn't mind. It felt strangely comfortable. A coach, who also appeared to be a mermaid, came out from the entrance with a few other students. "No air bubbles, please. You would be unprepared if you were drowning and nobody was there." Neriya reluctantly burst the bubbles, and Amber felt the coldness start from her toes, then to her shoulders and face. "You must expect changes I. The water temperature," the teacher explained. She waved her hand the the water became warm. An unwelcome wave of surprise and warm was come over them, but Amber felt it soothe her. "A lake could be as warm as a bathtub, but after a couple months it could be icy cold." She waved her hand again and the water became boiling hot for a few seconds, then a suitable temperature for them to swim in.

Angelina
Angelina inhaled the bubble, which was like trying to inhale when you had the flu. Immediately, the water felt warmer and she could breathe underwater! After a few minutes, the coach, another mermaid came over to see.
"Sorry, no air bubbles are allowed. Swimming is to be aware when people are drowning," the coach told Neriya.
Neriya looked disappointed, but burst the air bubbles with a magic hair pin. The water immediately went cold. However, Angelina didn't complain. The coach explained about temperature change in lakes and rivers, and magically adjusted the water temperatures from freezing to boiling to just right.
"You need to be aware," she explained.

Box's detention was finished. Apparently, the principal had no idea what to do with them so they let them leave 3 hours early.

A gust of wind whipped Box off the ground and into the swimming pool, right next to a mermaid. tHey were late, apparently. Box began sinking, and then sinking, and then sinking... they heard someone yell "Holy carpets, the box is sinking!"

Neriya was having fun swimming , when suddenly a box came flying out of nowhere. The box hit the pool with a small splash, and began sinking.
"Holy carpets!" she heard someone yell.
Neriya dove down to the box, grabbed it, and set it on land.
"There you go," she exclaimed.

Laura saw a box being saved. She remembered seeing one somewhere in the hallways. The teacher said, "Today, we'll be turning this pool into an ocean," she said, and many confused faces looked up at her. "Virtual reality, of course. Here are some goggles." She passed them out. The students watched her press a button, and suddenly thier view changed. The water was warm, and they were hovering over a sea floor with all sorts of life.

Amber was excited; she's always wanted to be in the water. As an experiment, she waved her hand, seeing if the seaweed at the bottom would move at her will. Not too surprised, it did, but it didn't do exactly as Amber imagined, so she assumed that it would be harder to control in the water. Suddenly, the water became freezing and a sheet of ice formed at the surface, forcing the students to dive underneath, although one turned into a penguin and jumped out, and another created currents that lifted her out. Amber tried the same, but she wasn't as good as others. Laura turned into an octopus, but based on the other creatures she turned into, it was really cute. Amber looked around to see other students holding their throats, and when it looked like they were out of breath, they disappeared. Amber swam to the surface, but it was covered in ice. She used a current of water to break it and she climbed out, and the virtual reality ended, as she saw the pool again. "Congratulations," the teacher praised Amber."You passed the first test,"

Neriya:
The first test had been easy. Neriya simply broke the ice with a wave of her hand, and climbed out first. Angelina had melted the ice with fire to come out fifth.
"For the second test, you will have an underwater duel with a student of your level," the coach announced. Neriya was paired with Amber, and Laura was paired with Angelina.
"Begin!"
Neriya's put her hands together, like in the middle of applauding, and spread them apart. She cast a small lightning spell between her hands and launched it at Amber, who had to cast up a wall of seaweed to deflect the spell. Still, the seaweed wall was left smoking and shriveled, but Amber had gotten no impact. Amber then called up seaweed to try to drag Neriya down, but with a wave of her hand the currents changed, and the seaweed was blown off course. Neriya then transformed into a water wolf with pale blue fur and electric blue eyes. She snarled at Amber, who had started launching thorns. Being a water wolf, Neriya dodged most thorns, but one managed to clip a bit of fur off the end of her tail. Neriya howled sent a ball of lightning flying from the tip of her tail. Amber cast a spell to make the seaweed lift her out of the way, but the lightning slammed into the seaweed, and spiraled up like a very dangerous snake. Neriya then cast a huge underwater tsunami to blow Amber back, and transformed back into human. However, Amber counterattacked with a windy gust filled with leaves that came out of nowhere. They stood up a second later, and walked towards the center of the coral ring. Both girls swam to the surface and sat down in the courtyard, where Neriya cast a spell that instantly dried both of them.
"Good job!" Amber exclaimed. "You're really good at dueling with water."
"Thanks! You're really good at nature magic!" Neriya replied. "What's your favorite spell?"
"My favorite spell...probably the one where I can create plants out of nowhere," Amber replied smiling. She raised one hand, and spiraled up about five feet. Then, Amber made a lifting gesture with her hands, and the ground rumbled and cracked. Trees loaded with fruits sprang out of nowhere.
"Woah!" Neriya exclaimed, as a tree erupted five inches from her face. "That's super cool!"
"What's your favorite spell?" Amber asked, snapping her fingers. The trees instantly disappeared.
"Probably the one where I can make my own mini storm," Neriya replied. She put her hands together and separated them like in the duel, and a mini ball of lightning appeared. She kept separating them until it was about five feet across, and let go with a quick stroke. The ball of clouds and lightning rose to the sky, and it began pouring and thundering rain over the courtyard. Neriya waved her hand, and the storm disappeared.
"That's awesome!" Amber exclaimed. "Do ya wanna go back up to the dorm? We can go experiment with more magic while we wait for Laura and Angelina."
"Sure!" Neriya replied. "Let's go!"

Angelina:
Angelina inserted the key in her door, and it clicked open. Amber and Neriya were watching TV on a plush, faux-fur white couch, and Laura was sitting on the edge of her bed, devouring a pork chop. Angelina tossed her shoes in the little basket by the door, and walked inside. The room was huge, with a domed, gold-laid swirl patterned ceiling and pale blue plush carpeting. Four canopy beds were lined up against the wall, and a wall-length window was installed on the wall above the beds. There was a huge TV on the opposite wall, along with two couches. In the corner left from the TV, Neriya had installed a small pond, complete with a waterfall and koi fish. Amber had insisted on putting potted plants in the room, and it was with much persuading that Laura finally agreed. There was a bathroom in the corner to the right of the TV, and a small kitchen in the corner right from the TV. A platter of grapes sat on the counter, along with a cup of half-finished apple juice and a bottle of maple syrup from breakfast. Angelina plucked a bunch of grapes from the bowl, and plopped down on the couch with Amber and Neriya.
"Where did Laura get that pork chop?" Angelina asked.
Amber shrugged. "I think there's some left in the fridge, but i'm not sure. Laura likes pork chops." She turned her eyes back to the TV, which was playing a collection of funny videos. Angelina laughed at a video of a phoenix accidentally barbecuing a package of hamburger patties, and popped a couple grapes in her mouth.
