This topic is about stories about love involving you, and experiences and ANYTHING you want to tell us about who you like and experiences with them!




My Experience: At the end of 5th grade, I was hanging out with my friends. And my crush (❤️) tapped on my shoulder and asked if I could get a picture with him. ❤️ And he knew that would be strange, so after our picture (saved to his phone), he too pictures of me and my friends. All including me! 😉 But now, we still go to the same middle school, but it breaks my heart whenever I see him. Not knowing if he likes me or not. A lot can change over the summer, and I swore I couldn't look at him the same way in 5th grade.

I remember in third grade, my crush was always so sweet. I used to be slightly jealous of him, if I must admit, but on that exact day when he invited me to play a game with him, the way we laughed, the way we looked at eachother, I uncontrolably fell in love.
Since that day, we never treated eachother the same again. In computer class, we had to choose partners to make a comic with, and he stood right up and walked over to me. We worked together to make a hilarious comic about 2 superhero children, and we listened to eachother's ideas, laughed, and smiled. Throughout the year, he was so sweet, trying to make me laugh, and I loved his smile and his voice. I couldn't help but love him.
Although, sadly, after summer in fourth grade, I moved to a new town. A year later, he moved to a new town as well. He is still strong in my heart, I remember him exactly, and how much I loved him, and my love for that boy grows stronger with every day that passes by. Sometimes I dream about him, sweet dreams, and I imagine his voice, calling my name, and, I ask myself, "Will we ever meet again?"

My story exceeds the character limit and I can't post twice in a row. So when I write TBC, someone will have to respond so I can keep it going. It's worth the read.

I am 22 years old, and met my first love half a year ago.

On September 28, 2010, I was waiting at the lightrail station. A boy sat next to me and started playing on his phone. He was gorgeous. But alas, I was shy. I wanted to say something to him, but I didn't know what and I didn't want to disturb him. So I sat there, admiring his beauty as he sat there, admiring his phone.

I kept kicking myself over it. I hated myself for not speaking up.

I saw him again. We both barely made the lightrail train, and the train wasn't full so I had no excuse to sit next to him. Again, I sat there, admiring him. It was then that I knew- I had to talk to him.

I concocted a plan. I would ask him about his phone. I anxiously awaited for Tuesday, hoping he'd be at the station again. He was. And he was TALKING on his phone. When the train came, he hung up and put his phone away. The train was packed so we had to stand. I didn't know what to say! His phone wasn't out so how could I ask about it? But I had waited all weekend for this moment! I couldn't just give up! The train wasn't moving so I made a comment about that. He commented back. I asked him if he went to my school (he did). I asked him school-related questions. I introduced myself, he himself. And that was it. Nothing happened, but at least I tried.

Yay! lol. So here's the conclusion:

Now I had an excuse to talk to him regularly. We became friends. We started hanging out. Long stories short, we became more than friends. On November 19, 2010, we shared our first kiss. Two days later, we declared ourselves official. We are still together and happily in love. ❤️

The moral of this story is: If you like a guy, TALK TO HIM! And ASAP! I later found out that there was this girl in one of his classes who seemed into him and he was thinking of asking her out- but then I came along just in time.

Also, NEVER feel bad about never having a boyfriend, never being kissed, etc. We were 21 and 18, and hadn't even been on proper dates before, much less kissed. I used to feel lame for that, but now I'm glad I waited! He was really worth it. I could go on and on about how sweet and amazing he is, but I think I'll share those tales later. xD

@smartie2742- You mean you to were 3 years apart? And yeah, I totally get your moral. Today, my friend that was 2 grades ahead (I'm 6th, she's 8th) told me she has a crush on a boy. Then I mentioned, that he has a brother in my class. And then I spotted him, we were practicing in the band room during lunch, and he was looking straight at me!! Then, I coolly walked over there to him, took the chair next to him, not afraid, and asked him questions. Then I smiled, and he smiled. And he asked me, If I wanted to practice my alto sax with his tenor sax, and I said yes. And I sneaked a peek at my 8th grade friend, and mentioned to the boy (his name is Greg) if his brother liked anybody. And then Greg said,"Well, he did like that girl other there I think." And he meant my 8th grade ffriend! So I thanked him, and walked away. To my 8th grade friend, I mentioned that her crush likes her back. And she thanked me 100 times! xD Because I wasn't afraid to walk up to a person and start talkin' to them.

In 4th grade, I didn't pay attention to boys, and my friend this year told me A LOT of them liked me. But I don't care. I just don't care what they think. I like to chat with them though about sports and stuff.

@trish Yes we are- and I did not know that when I first saw him. I thought he was in his early twenties too but by the time I found out he was only 18- I was already crazy over him. lol. I get all kinds of "robbing the cradle" comments from family and friends. We always joke about it though. I'm always calling him a "child." He usually responds by calling me a pedophile, or a cougar. xD He's 19 now though. But I just turned 22 yesterday.
And I'm glad to hear that things worked out! It's good to be able to talk.
It took me awhile to start paying attention to boys. I never really cared until high school and even then, no one really caught my eye until I started college.

@Smilies I'm 11... O.O My dad hates Facebook, but my mom said if I wanted one we could look into it. It's abouttime, considering I'm one of the oldest in my class and half the other kids have one. T_T Only I forgot his last name, I think it begins with Am or something. xD

@Smilies Well my bff said that his cousin, Tatiana, still goes to our old school and that he visits once a week... My crush's name is Carlos btw and he moved from Brazil half way through third grade. 😉 He played frisbee with eighth graders. xD

@thepells @smilies- PSH. I have a facebook! xD And today, I did practice with the boy in my post before somewhere up there. xP Well, intentionally, I was just practicing beside my trumpet friend. Then the boy said, "Remember you said you'd practice with me?" And then I suddenly remembered, so I just continued and he STALKED me with whatever I played on my alto sax he played on his tenor sax! xD Then he was still trying to spell my name! Then, my 8th grade friend waved me over, and she said she saw what I was doing. She said she would never have enough courage to do that! So then I packed up, and ate a Cutie (tangerine) next to the boy. @smartie2742

I liked a guy last year. He was sweet and funny and made me laugh alot. I liked him alot and at the time he liked me alot too. We used to tease each other and pretend to fight. He'd want me in his team and we'd partner up sometimes. I could not stop thinking of him, the way he smiles. I was sure I was in love with him. Lot of people said he felt the same way. Then one day, i overheard some one saying that another girl in my class asked him out. He said yes. I could not believe it! For the next 6 months, everytime T saw him and his new girlfriend, I had to look away. It broke my heart to see her hugging him and making him laugh. It broke my heart even more when I caught them kissing. I said nothing. For everyday after that, even after I had gotten over him (which took at least 4 months) everytime I see them together, I still feel a stab of pain in my heart. </3

@Stellalunagirl Your story is almost exactly like my Carlos story, except for the bf and gf and asking out thing. My adivice would be to try to find another guy you like, but if on some strange thing he moves to another town, wait for him, like I am with Carlos,we both moved.Someday, you'd be bound to see him again. O ccasionally, I bring him up to my friends at school,
S ometimes I even dream about him or imagine what would happened if he moved to my town and came to my school, when I catch a glimpse of him at recess and walk over to him and say, Carlos?"as we both stare in shock, imagining how I would feel if he remembered my name after all this time and is as happy as I would be to see him. So I wait,for years I wait, sitting at the window, and Carlos is in my head everyday.
It's called love.

Lol, love. I've been studying to hard for love XD

I do like a guy, I'm actually not sure why. Hes not overly good looking or anything. I'm really weird like that. I'm not too worried though, I'm only 14 😋 Need to get into a good college first.

but prom is soon...hopefully I can find a date. Doubtful, everyone in my grade is so darn pretty x.x Makes me feel so inferior sometimes, curse these hormones and teenage mind and the media...

@smartie2742 Awww! That's so sweet! Glad it worked out so well! 😃 'd never have the confidence to do that. I HATE how people are always like "leagues" of beauty. It's utterly stupid, but people follow it! Love is love, not superficial attraction.

I don't know why, but once people start 6th grade. They began to think it's right to date people. My friend had 4 BOYFRIENDS THIS YEAR. What is wrong with there minds! xD

I know people who have started dating when they were 10!!

I like another guy now.. whenever he smiles my heart just melts but i doubt he'd even look my way.. ☹️

But then recently I started talking to anther guy who is in my class for music. He is funny and great to talk to, is sorta cute and we're friends..

I am confused on whether I like this guy too...

@ninja Haha, thanks! It was so difficult for me to get the nerve to talk to him. I was just remembering how I had never gotten butterflies so violent as I did that day. And you're right on love, it's not superficial attraction. I do find my boyfriend to be the most beautiful man on the planet, but the rational side of me knows that he isn't as gorgeous as my heart and mind makes him out to be. It's, like, I see beauty inside him- not just on the outside. If that makes any sense.

@trish Holy crud! 4 boyfriends?! O.O 6th grade? All of my friends didn't start getting boyfriends until late high school- or college! (Then again, I didn't have a lot of friends to begin with. So they could just be losers like me. xD) I suddenly feel very old.

The guy I like is really infuriating too so that just makes things better.. One thing about me is, I ain't got no backbone. When it sones to guys so yeah *I fails* T.T
