I hate the little easter egg dude

"Maybe an egg is floating in the river!"

Okay, but you can't click on or visit the river.

"Maybe Tim has something for you!"

Well i've refreshed Tim's shop enough times that it feels like I'm turning to stone with how stiff my wrist is.

Honestly? This is incredibly frustrating. Does anyone else hate that egg and his advice? I think it's his smug little face that makes it even worse. As you can see, my first easter egg hunt on eggcave is....not going well, lol.

I haven't found a single egg yet, and I've been looking most of the morning! Maybe I'll figure out the trick eventually...

@crescentmoons This is quite a lot of people's first. Be patient ^^ I suggest scrolling through archives- I achieved around 12 there by looking through almost all of the creatures there. Sometimes the Thief Shop, Leila Oasis and people's critters have them. 😊 Also...the egg is giving you advice? Or are you just egg- xaggerating? Lol

@crown yeah that's what I'm doing now! It's nice to read some of the older egg descriptions, too...

I also had no idea how many coffee splashes were on my monitor before this...my screen has never been cleaner than it is today. LOL I'm gonna scramble that egg 😉

Same, I've been going through the archives for the past couple days and haven't found one. I remember it being much easier last year. o.O

Oh... I've not found any eggs either so far, I was thinking I was doing something wrong but it seems like I'm not the only one then ^^;;

I think last year was because the eggs popped up randomly, with no timer in between. This year, after I waited say, 15-30 minutes, the next page always had an egg O.o keep in mind I looked off while waiting 😋 Maybe it has something to do with that?

@absolute-zero I got so mad at it! Not to mention, he'll suggest places for you to look...but when you go to those places, there's rarely an egg where he says it'll be LOL

But what I found most helpful was going through a bunch of entries in the archives, then taking a break for a few minutes, then clicking through again. They look like coffee stains on your screen. Taking a few minutes break and screwing around on twitter before coming back really helped me pace myself into finding them
