Archives says they are available in the cave but I never ever found one. Am I missing something?

@samaritan They come back every 15th of each month, if I'm not wrong. Think I asked it to Ian 2 years ago?

@samaritan - As far as I can remember, they can appear in the cave every day at 3am ECT. I could be misremembering something, but I'm fairly certain that's where and when I found them.
