I realize this is such a broad thing going on, and I don't want anyone to be in fear, or panic, it's always best to be safe no matter what you do in life. Down below please share as much info, or advice that you can I will try to post on here so people can read and then they can try this for themself to keep the stress level down and also your immune systems up. That way you never catch it, honestly I'd be the one who doesn't get affected, I've not had any colds, or flu, for 20 plus years I'm still very healthy. I do my best to keep myself in shape physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. I believe that water really is the healthy key to life, without it your body fails in so many ways. If you feel like your low on energy it's probably cause you never drank enough water, since it keeps your system going literally you can fight off sleepiness, headaches, any body aches, and so much more. Another body booster, but should be something you like to do out there is exercise, and it doesn't have to be anything major. You don't have to do any sports, but you could do something simple like walking, or hiking and that should keep your muscles from becoming weak especially the legs and feet, this is why you see so many older people walking because it's simple and they keep in shape just doing that alone.

Meditation is a good thing to do, you don't have to do it for long periods of time, but it will help you focus more clearly on what you need to do without any distractions. You can do this for as long as you want too, you can either listen to quiet soft music, or nothing. If you want to sit still for a few minutes it's perfectly fine, you just don't want to be thinking while you're meditating. Thoughts may flow to you while you do this, like how dreams appear in your mind, if there's music, or a sound that you're listening too, you can focus your attention on that so the thoughts can disappear.

There's something called binaural beats which you can type onto youtube, there you will find lots of different types of sounds, or music that you can listen to in your meditations. These beats only relax your mind, and keeps you calm. Another thing I will mention to boost your immune system is subliminal messages, this also helps you to relax, the messages are what the owner creates is what will happen for you. Many of these messages are positive affirmations that will sink into your subconscious mind, sometimes it's really soft music that's played in the subliminals. You should type in "Immune system booster" there will be many to choose from, but just do the one you feel comfortable doing, it could be a few mins, an hour, or longer depends on how long the owner of the video made it for. This is an example of what these videos are like you can listen to it for an hour, or less as long as you've the time to listen to it should boost your immune system. It's what many healers on youtube are doing, they are putting the most positive immune booster subliminals to help the public stay safe and remain healthy during these rough times. They realize that to be healthy is to stomp out all fear, remember that you get what you attract in this world, it's called the Law of Attraction, if you want to stay healthy, then you must think positive and that's what will keep all illness of any kind away from you.

I’m personally pretty chill about this because there’s only one possible case in my city, but here’s what I’ve been doing for the past week:

- catching up on sleep
- threading necklaces, I found a bunch of old supplies and so far I’ve made three necklaces and one bracelet
- working on a puzzle
- watching YouTube
- listening to kpop

I will personally do anything to not go outside so I love this lmao

♡I personally love to play Minecraft in creative mode and build my dream homes! Perfect creative outlet and you can also play with friends and build something together 😸

Thanks for sharing and they've been added to the list. All of this is very helpful for everyone to be busy and stay busy, Your focus should be on your health, and the most wealthiest person on the planet is the person who has their health in check. Mind, body and spirit should work together as one. Focus on all the good things in life, and forget about listening to the dreadful news, they only want to brainwash you into thinking that this is like an end of the world situation, when it's not. Like other outbreaks before this, this too shall pass. There is no weapon that shall prosper against me. If you want the world to change, be the change that you wish to see.

@jirachiwishmaker

I just graduated college I’ve also been working on applying for jobs to set long term goals. Which I find helps me get motivated each day.

I’ve also been using this free time to expand my hobbies, I started gardening and working a couple of hours a week on a flower farm. Being outside has helped my mental and physical health so much. I’ve also been expanding my plant collection and visiting garden centers, so that I can go outside and leave my house but be outside and safe.

I’ve also expanded in my hobbies and learned to needle felt, and have been selling my creations locally and giving them as gifts to make people happy!

These are just things that I’ve been doing that have really helped my mental health during this crazy time!

I hope everyone is staying safe!

I think it's important to keep your mind and body occupied with being busy doing things that you love to do. Sometimes it's just nice to be outside and go for a walk around the neighborhood which I would do on a nice day. I think it's just a good idea not to focus on what the news keeps bringing us.
