So I'm just wondering what the Leila Oasis is! Like when can you find stuff there, and what can you find? Is it just random?

well, I know you can find endangered creatures there.

The Oasis is where you can randomly find endangered creatures! These creatures are no longer available in the Cave, although they once were, making them endangered. If you go to the Archives, you'll see a link listed under Availability that says "Endangered." There you can find all the creatures you can get from the Oasis. Some are worth a good bit of money, but since they show up really randomly, it isn't good to depend on it for creatures.
