Unable to Deposit/Withdraw EC

I've been trying to withdraw/deposit EC from the Strongroom to bid in an auction, but every time I try I get the error message as follows:


502 Bad Gateway
nginx



I've tried clearing my cache/browsing history, opening in different browsers, and logging in/out. I'd hate to lose out on the auction! If anyone can give me some advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Same for me on my main and sides account. Trying to get my interest and getting 502 bad gateway

I got some ec on hand we can do a trade just let me know how much ec you'll be needing and then you can pay me back when this is fixed.

Same :/ I'm trying to complete a trade, but I can't pull out the necessary ec. I'm trying like mad to feed creatures to make up the difference since I can't touch my bank, lol!

@orderedchaos, the problem is still on, i can't deposit my on hand ec to get the interest tomorow! ☹️

I checked and I could get the daily money and put some money in my bank, thank you 😊

Earlier in the day yesterday, I was able to withdraw/deposit EC without problem. Now, instead of a 502 error, I'm getting a 500 error message each time I try...I've had this error since about an hour after Ian fixed the initial one.

I, too, can't access daily interest and am getting a 500 Error message.

I've informed Ian that the fix didn't stick. Hopefully the cause of this sneaky bug will be found before too much longer.

I’m Having the same issue again as well. I get an error 500 message every time I try to withdraw from the bank.

For the last 3 days I haven't been able to collect my bank interest. I keep getting 500 / Internal Error

I forget who I should ping about this issue. I have not tried to withdraw or deposit yet, but it would be nice to get my interest. Other than selling eggs on the auctions, which is spotty at best, it's my only source of income.

(I usually only click about 10-20 creatures a day because I'm pressed for time lately)

I'm also getting the 500 / server error message. Silly game doesn't want to cooperate. Maybe it thinks it needs a vacation since it's a holiday weekend? 😊

It worked for me thirty minutes ago and now I'm getting the 500/server error message. Sneaky bug, isn't it? 😋

Edit: It is now working for my side account but not my main?

This is very strange, I can withdraw money, but I can't get the daily money or deposite any because of the 500 server error message... ._.
