Well the price for it seems pretty inconsistent (for a long time there was only a few for around 8 mill, now there's one in market for 2 mill.)

TBH i have no idea whether either market prices reflect its actual price or if its overinflated. I have no idea what it is actually worth. So offer?

I see where you are coming from and I am not too sure about its value either but the maximum I would feel comfortable with is 1.2-1.5mil EC.
