A question about apologizing

Sorry if this has been covered somewhere, but I'd like some advice. I wish to apologize to a player whom I was rude to, but I am aware that attempting to make contact with players who have blocked me is against the rules. Do I just have to hope they unblock me? Is there any way I can try to reconcile, or am I just stuck if they decide to hold a grudge forever? I feel that posting on their side account's wall will only get me reported.

If you discover that someone has blocked you just ignore them. Even if you want to apologize you just need to learn to move on.
