It's alright, the main thing is gathering potatoes, just like EC in EggCave. To progress in the site, you have to continue the story line at World -> Current Town.

Turnips are a premium currency for limited avatar items, just like CC.

@distorted After finishing the story at Louise Hill, you can get daily potatoes with Daily Errands.

There are several different elements, you've got an avatar you can dress up, pets you can hatch, and there is an overarching storyline to play through. There are also seasonal events which each have their own small, self-contained story and have prizes.
