@cfmtfm Nope, I got that Ember Dragon from the Abandoned page. I thought it was the Black Dragon with green eyes, it turns out it wasn't but I like the Ember Dragon just as much. 😊

My eggs are always the wrong gender, and if they're the right gender they never produce eggs [or aren't allowed to breed with other Rares, like my Thunder].

Thunders can breed with other rares--TJ added rare x rare breeding quite a while ago. ;]

@ladybugheart Um, redirected from the Thunder Dragons Wiki page...
They cannot breed with other Thunder Dragons, or any other Rare Dragons. This is to prevent the breeder from always obtaining a rare egg. But they have been seen to have been bred with Guardian, Purple, Fog, and Black Dragons, producing a Thunder Dragon egg.

That information is old and inaccurate. 😉

Back then, you couldn't do Rare x Rare at all, although on a few rare occasions an egg was produced from two rares. Then, TJ announced that many changes were to occur, including Rare x Rare, Teleport, Fertility, and more. Some were added over time, but after many months of waiting, TJ said that the remainging changes were to be implemented overnight. He gave a date, although I forget what it was. While I believe they mentioned it on the Wiki page, I suppose they haven't updated a few things yet. Also, with the addition of biomes, the Legendary Trio is classified as uncommon because they show up in specific envoronments, while TJ stated that rares would be showing up in all biomes. However, I don't think this effects the additon of Rare X Rare breeding. And while Thunders definitely can produce eggs when breeding with those dragons, I personally think that statement is bias because Thunders simply look good in lineages paired with them. Thunders can breed with practically all dragons at the moment, and even without Rare x Rare they could breed with almost everything with the exception of other rares and were not at all limited to those commons.

@cfmtfm No, you still can't get anything if your locked. But there is no limit to the number of Halloween dragons you can have, like there is with Christmas and Valentine dragons. You can only have 2 of the Christmas and Valentine dragons for each year but you can have as many of the Halloween dragons as you want. So I've got 2 more Pumpkins and 4 more Black Marrows and I intend to get 6 of the new Halloween dragons. 😊

@cfmtfm Nope--it means that, unlike other holidays in which you can only get two of each holiday dragon, you can have as many Halloweens as you want. Of course, if you're locked, you'll have to wait a while. ;D

Hopefully I'l be able to get on DC on Halloween when the new dragons are released. :]

@cfmtfm Well all the Christmas and Valentine dragons are only one gender. They still breed with other dragons. http://dragcave.net/view/eaDV <-- This Valentine of mine has several children with her Terrae mate and on Valentine's day when I breed them I'll get more Valentines. All of those eggs, since I'm already at my limit for Valentines, will be abandoned so that other people can get them.
