I just got a Wall of Sandrodons prize out of one of the Quests (Baked Bun Quests/Sandrodon Cookie)
And one time got one of the same items I used for my Quest

Ohh the Sandrodon prize is strange! When I'm on a questing marathon, doing the same quest multiple times in a row, I'll sometimes get one of the asked-for items as a prize in the very next quest. I always think that's funny, I'm sure it's just random but I always think "okay you just asked me for this, now you are giving it back??'

I got a couple retired items (including wall of sandrodon items) from questing once, I had gotten an Yewefoh keychain from toybox quests as a reward, it was a pleasant surprise.
