cant buy cc since my adress isnt accepted

here is the main reason i never buy cc.
and its, my home adress just isnt accepted when buying cc. it just wont let me continue with purchase.
do i just type in the closest ACCEPTED adress?it wont be my real one tho, as mine is NOT ACCEPTED for some reason.
why is it necessary really? if im using paypal. its not like you are going to ship a physical item to my home adress when i buy cc XD

@murfijs This is interesting, because I've bought cc multiple times without giving my full address. If you are using paypal it may be paypal's issue? I've never used paypal so I don't really know how that works.

If you are having a problem purchasing CC please send in a ticket. Sending in a ticket will allow Ian to figure out what is going on fix the problem.
