Re-Released LEs for CC

Will creatures like the Balrogipuwet that are classified as both "Cash Shop Park" creatures and "Event/Plot" creatures have potential to be re-released in both the Cash Shop and the Vending Machine?

After the Balrogipuwet is re-released for 1000 CC in July, could it still be re-released in the Vending Machine in the future?

The balrog (like the rhine) is a weird case where it was available for much, much longer in the CSP than it was as part of the original halloween plot. It will not be released into the VEND. The primary method of acquiring the balrog when it was available was the CSP, so that is where it will be rereleasd.

However, creatures like those released during Creature Release Week won't be rereleased in the CSP as the primary method of acquiring them when they were available was the Cave. Those types of creatures can be rereleased via the VEND.
