how do i complete quests? i have started some but don't know where to find the items or whatever it is i need. also how do i trade and casn i get any free goodies on here? tyyy

For your quests question, I've made a reply here.

You may find some free stuff in the Adoption Agency, the Leila Oasis or the Donation Center. You may also find some things in this section of of the Forums.

yeah, i can give you a small starter fund of EC, just start a trade called reserved and put a useless pet or small item on it. just reply to this with the link to the trade. i don't remember how to transfer EC and I don't think you can.
