Meat is a vital source of iron. If we had no meat, there would be a great deacrease of iron pills, which would cause people to have to go to hospital which would cause a recession because people have to spend their money on iron pills. Even though people say "Aww! No way should we hunt! Those poor animals!", every creature has their prey and predator. It's how everything stays alive. Peaoples of the world, it's called THE CIRCLE OF LIFE! And if there's no meat Mc Donalds, KFC, Burgerking, Fish & Chips, and all those fast food shops would close down because meat is vital in their meals. How can you replace the chicken from KFC to vegetables and the meat patties in burgers to a slice of brussel sprout? This would also help the cause of the recession.

On the other hand, if we all went vegetarian because there's no hunting, we would be growing more plants which would lead to less Global warming, because plants take in CO2 and let out oxygen. It would also mean that the land we use for animal farming would be turned into vegetable farming. So we would all get more food that costs less (because vegetables cost less than meat). But that would mean that more food gets wasted because meat can last longer than vegetables because you can dry it. No hunting would also mean less fat people because there is alot of fat on meat.


But anyways, meat just tastes good.

There's hunting for meat and hunting for sport.
The ultimate problem is when people hunt for sport. Why would anybody take joy out of killing animals? I just cannot comprehend how awful a person must be to enjoy killing animals.
If people hunt animals for their own food, I will view it as acceptable as long as they don't waste what they get. I'm still against it though. *serious animal lover*
And when it comes to food that we buy and eat from shops or fast food (fast food especially), it's a different situation all together. They're most of the time NOT hunted, but bred and killed purely for eating. That, too, is often horrendous. The conditions they're kept in are outrageous.

So the people who are commenting saying "I love meat! I need meat!" don't HUNT, they BUY. Hunting themselves, yes. Buying bacon, burgers, chicken, etc... no. Not hunted. :/

@elluwah I agree with you. If you buy organic meat it is completly different from hunting.

What's so good about it, if it isn't used for eating, don't kill it, what would you like if there was a creature going around killing YOU GUYS WHO SUPPORT HUNTING going around randomly killing you. You guys just take it for granted because we're at the top of the food chain, and there are very little things that could kill us. (Animal wise)
