i wouldn't care if i wheren't in a towm, but i am, and cats and dogs are supposed to be kept in house or closed backyards or kennels

now it's been about 24 hours that nothing was caught, so i'll send back the cage that they are using to get the cats.

at least 3 of the cats caught have owners, one is back at wandering but now have a collar, but she is still outside, so if it get caught -

in my town we are supposed to keep dogs and cats where they can't get out, it's a law, and so many people let their cats go.
