Well after Wednesday, my 7 week class ends. I'll have more time to do, well, EggCave and drawing and for my other classes... 😃 Hang in there for another 2 weeks!

only 62. My youngest grandparent. My great grandma is still alive and she was so sad and it pained me seeing her like that because she had already lost her daughter to cancer also. Now I'm afraid I might get it cause cancer runs in the family ;-;

I'm sad about it, but I feel better knowing he isn't in pain anymore. He had to be on a lot of morphine and other pain meds in the end because it was so bad. He had liver cancer and near the end the tumor had gotten pretty big and he lost so much weight. Just sucked cause he was

i must go right now, today it's BD party day for the son's friend and for my daughter as we haven't really made a party for her! 😋 we will do Lazer tag! 😃 it's really great! 😃

in real doing it like that (hot pool, sauna then cold pool then back in hot pool! it's supposed to be real good, we talked to someone and since he started to do that frequently he doesn't get sick anymore! it helps the body to get rid of bad things! 😃

hum... the outside temp was around 50F/10C the cold pool was like at 41F/5C so when i first tried to go in that pool, only my feets got in and i jumped out, make 1 or 2 turns on me and decided to get in for real, i went in real fast to my shoulders and got out fast too -

the big pool was at 101F/38C! so it was just really good! 😃 i don't know the temperature in the sauna, but it was really hot!!

it was great! 😃 we relaxed, there was hot pools, and cold ones and saunas! it's for thermal experience you first go in the hot pool, then in sauna and last in cold pool for few minutes, i couldn't hold for 30 seconds.😋 and we also got a 60 minutes massage!
