I wonder what digital ice cream tastes like... does it taste like anything at all? What is the texture like? I figure it's probably not the same texture as regular ice cream.

Hmm.... It seems 'Digital Ready Meal's also got released with these, was that intentional? Or were those supposed to be later? I don't see anything in the recent blog posts about them. @Ian
